Wat doe je als adviseur duurzaamheid en circulariteit bij Antea Group?

Als adviseur duurzaamheid en circulariteit adviseer je overheden en projectontwikkelaars over duurzame en circulaire oplossingen. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen operationeel, tactisch en strategisch niveau en denkt actief mee met opdrachtgevers over hoe duurzaamheid en circulariteit onderdeel kunnen worden van hun projecten en werkwijze.

Je werkt nauw samen met onze projectmanager binnen Vergunningen & Procedures en vertaalt duurzaamheidsambities naar concrete oplossingen binnen de juridische, bestuurlijke en ruimtelijke kaders. Je voert analyses en berekeningen uit op het gebied van CO₂-reductie, carbon accounting, MKI en materiaalgebruik en adviseert over circulariteit en hergebruik van grondstoffen. Van initiatief en planvorming tot beleid en uitvoeringsprogramma’s combineer je inhoudelijke duurzaamheidsexpertise met procesadvies. Je stelt adviezen, rapportages en offertes op, onderhoudt klantcontact en signaleert nieuwe ontwikkelingen en kansen.

  • Samenwerken met projectmanagers en andere specialisten om duurzaamheid onderdeel te maken van concrete projecten;
  • Schakelen tussen inhoud, proces en verschillende belangen van opdrachtgevers en stakeholders;
  • Het grotere geheel overzien en verder kijken dan de scope van één project;
  • Duurzaamheidsvraagstukken vertalen naar praktische en haalbare oplossingen;
  • Vanuit ondernemerschap en een proactieve houding nieuwe kansen signaleren en samen met collega's en opdrachtgevers aanpakken.

Met wie werk je samen?

Je wordt onderdeel van de adviesgroep Vergunningen & Procedures, een team van 50 specialisten op het gebied van vergunningen, procedures, omgevingsmanagement en de Omgevingswet. Samen werken jullie aan complexe ruimtelijke vraagstukken voor overheden, bedrijven en initiatiefnemers. Binnen projecten werk je nauw samen met projectmanagers en vergunningen- en omgevingsspecialisten. Daarnaast zoek je actief de samenwerking met collega's uit andere adviesgroepen die zich bezighouden met duurzaamheid, circulariteit en de energietransitie. Zo combineer je verschillende expertises om opdrachtgevers integraal te adviseren.

Dit zien we graag terug:

  • Een hbo- of wo-opleiding op het gebied van duurzaamheid, milieukunde, civiele techniek, bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar;
  • Minimaal 4 jaar relevante werkervaring als duurzaamheidsadviseur, consultant of in een vergelijkbare functie;
  • Ervaring met duurzaamheid, circulariteit en CO₂-reductie en bij voorkeur met Maatschappelijk Verantwoord Inkopen en Opdracht geven, CO2- en milieukostenberekeningen, materiaal hergebruik;
  • Ervaring met projecten binnen de overheid, infrastructuur, civiele techniek of gebiedsontwikkeling is een pré;
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en kunt complexe vraagstukken vertalen naar praktische oplossingen;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
