Houd jij graag overzicht en dat afspraken, documenten en processen op tijd worden geleverd en opgevolgd? Als Document Controller ben jij de verbindende schakel binnen onze projecten. Je bewaakt de documentstromen, bent in contact met betrokken en zorgt dat het projectproces goed verloopt.

Wat doe je als document controller bij Antea Group?

Als document controller zorg je dat de juiste documenten op het juiste moment bij de juiste persoon terechtkomen. Je bewaakt de documentroutes, houdt deadlines in de gaten en volgt acties op. Je bent daarmee een belangrijke schakel tussen projectteam, opdrachtgever en andere betrokken partijen. Komt een document binnen? Jij zorgt dat het de juiste route volgt. Blijft een actie liggen? Jij gaat erachteraan. Dreigt een deadline te worden gemist? Jij signaleert dit en spreekt de juiste persoon aan.

Zo zal je bijvoorbeeld gaan werken aan een waterstoftransportproject in Moerdijk. Voor een leidingtracé van zo'n 80 kilometer vinden allerlei onderzoeken plaats. Daar komen veel documenten, acties en betrokken partijen bij kijken. Jij houdt bij wat binnenkomt, welke stappen nog moeten worden gezet en wie daarvoor aan de lat staat. Je hoeft daarbij niet alle inhoudelijke details van de onderzoeken te kennen. Jouw kracht zit in overzicht houden, goed doorvragen en zorgen dat het proces blijft bewegen.

Dit vind jij leuk om te doen:

  • Documentstromen binnen projecten bewaken en coördineren;
  • Controleren of documenten traceerbaar de juiste route volgen en op tijd worden verwerkt;
  • Deadlines, acties en openstaande punten bijhouden;
  • Achter collega's, opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen aangaan wanneer iets blijft liggen;
  • Signaleren wanneer een proces dreigt te vertragen en actie ondernemen;
  • Schakelen tussen verschillende projecten, documenten en betrokken partijen;
  • Contact onderhouden met collega's, klanten en externe partijen;
  • Het projectteam ondersteunen bij de administratieve en organisatorische kant van het project.

Met wie werk je samen?

Je maakt deel uit van een gedreven team binnen Industrie & Pipelinemanagement en werkt samen met projectleiders, adviseurs, onderzoekers en andere specialisten. Ook heb je voortdurend contact met opdrachtgevers en externe partijen. Je werkt aan projecten binnen de energietransitie en infrastructuur. Zo draag je vanuit jouw rol bij aan projecten rondom het landelijke waterstofnetwerk en andere belangrijke energie-infrastructuur.

Dit zien we graag terug:

  • Je hebt een mbo- of hbo-werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring met document control systemen, review-sheets en revisiebeheer;
  • Je bent georganiseerd en krijgt energie van overzicht creëren en processen bewaken;
  • Je bent communicatief en durft duidelijk te communiceren;
  • Je bent sociaal en legt gemakkelijk contact met verschillende mensen;
  • Je hebt eigenaarschap, nauwkeurigheid en een praktische instelling;
  • Je bent 24 uur per week beschikbaar.
