O Coordenador Financeiro é responsável por liderar e supervisionar as atividades financeiras da empresa, garantindo o controle eficiente de receitas, despesas, fluxo de caixa, orçamentos e demais processos relacionados à área. Atua diretamente na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais, análise de resultados financeiros e apoio à tomada de decisões estratégicas. Também é responsável pela gestão da equipe financeira, assegurando a conformidade com normas contábeis, fiscais e políticas internas, além de manter o relacionamento com bancos, auditores e fornecedores.

  • Gerenciamento da tesouraria, responsável pela assistente financeira e instruindo sobre prioridades e acompanhando todas atribuições listadas em suas responsabilidades
  • Gerenciamento do administrativo, responsável pela assistente, instruindo sobre prioridades e acompanhando todas atribuições listadas em suas responsabilidades.
  • Responsável pelas atividades entre o financeiro e a contabilidade terceirizada dos deptos fiscal, contábil e legal, bem como realizando análises conjuntas com a diretoria.
  • Responsável pelo contato com os gerentes de conta corrente e de câmbio do banco, bem como pela manutenção do saldo, aplicações e resgates de aplicações.
  • Responsável pelos fechamentos de câmbio de importações, exportações e pagamentos de loan.
  • Análise de operações fiscais, enquadramentos de NCM´s, análises de cenários tributários e outras demandas fiscais quese fizerem necessárias.
  • Responsável pelas conciliações bancárias da c/c e aplicações e envio quinzenal destas com os devidos extratos bancários por e-mail ao depto contábil , sempre no primeiro dia últi da quinzena subsequente.
  • Responsável pela emissão de fluxo de caixa projetado, analisando qualidade dos dados recebidos dos diversos deptos.
  • Recebimento de relatórios comerciais ao final de cada quinzena, para emissão dos relatórios de Revenue Forecast para apresentação à diretoria.
  • Conferências de compensações de adiantamentos de clientes e fornecedores, bem como devoluções de vendas / compras.
  • Análise conjunta de custos junto à dietoria, produção e customer service.
  • Controle e gerenciamento protestos e eventuais processos de cobrança;
  • Responsável pelas análises de dados juntos aos deptos fiscal e contábil na contabilidade terceirizada.
  • Análise de parâmetros do sistema Mega.
  • Preparação de informações para diretoria e para os reports gerenciais.
  • Emissões de relatórios financeiros, de faturamento e de comissões
  • Acompanhamento de processos de Comércio Exterior e fechamentos de câmbio.
  • Emissão de NF´s de importações e exportações.
  • Suporte às operações de importações e exportações.
  • Controle de certificados digitais.
