O Coordenador Financeiro é responsável por gerenciar as atividades financeiras da empresa, garantindo a saúde financeira e o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas. Este profissional atua de forma estratégica, analisando dados, elaborando relatórios e propondo melhorias nos processos financeiros.   • Coordenar e supervisionar as operações financeiras, incluindo contas a pagar, contas a receber, fluxo de caixa e conciliações bancárias.
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de controle financeiro e otimização de custos. Monitorar o orçamento anual da empresa, assegurando aderência às metas estabelecidas.
  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho financeiro e propor ações corretivas quando necessário.
  • Garantir a conformidade com normas e regulamentações financeiras.
  • Implementar e coordenar processos de controladoria. Trabalhar em conjunto com a contabilidade para garantir a integridade dos relatórios financeiros.
  • Fomentar a cultura de planejamento e controle dentro da empresa. Gerenciar a gestão de riscos financeiros, seguros e fechamento de câmbio.
  • Coordenar estratégias de investimentos, buscando rentabilidade e segurança financeira.
  • Elaborar e monitorar o planejamento financeiro da empresa, alinhado com os objetivos estratégicos estabelecidos.
  • Analisar e interpretar os indicadores financeiros, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e mitigando riscos.
  • Realizar o acompanhamento e controle do orçamento, identificando desvios e propondo ações corretivas.
  • Coordenar a elaboração de relatórios financeiros para a diretoria e demais stakeholders, apresentando análises e recomendações.
  • Liderar a equipe financeira, orientando, desenvolvendo e motivando os colaboradores.
  • Negociar com instituições financeiras, fornecedores e clientes, buscando as melhores condições para a empresa.
  • Participar ativamente na definição de estratégias financeiras, contribuindo para o crescimento e a sustentabilidade do negócio.
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre as tendências e práticas do mercado financeiro, buscando aprimorar constantemente os processos da área.
  • Assegurar o cumprimento das obrigações fiscais e tributárias da empresa, garantindo a conformidade com a legislação vigente.
