Resumo do Cargo:

O Gestor de Tesouraria será responsável pela administração estratégica dos recursos financeiros da

empresa, assegurando o controle eficaz de contas, a conciliação bancária e a gestão de remessas e

recebíveis. Esse profissional também atuará diretamente na interação com bancos e na supervisão das

contas a pagar e a receber, garantindo a saúde financeira da empresa e contribuindo para a tomada de

decisões assertivas, utilizando o sistema Protheus (Totvs) como ferramenta de gestão.

Principais Responsabilidades:

 Gestão de Tesouraria: Assegurar a eficiente administração dos recursos financeiros da

empresa, garantindo sua adequação às necessidades operacionais e estratégicas.

 Conciliação Bancária e Controle de Contas: Executar e monitorar as conciliações bancárias e

o controle de contas, assegurando a exatidão e integridade das informações financeiras.

 Gestão de Remessas e Carteiras de Recebíveis: Supervisionar o controle das operações de

remessa e carteiras de recebíveis, garantindo a correta execução e a pontualidade das

liquidações.

 Aprovações e Elaboração de Forecasts: Gerenciar o processo de aprovação de despesas e

elaborar previsões financeiras alinhadas às diretrizes estratégicas da empresa.

 Interação com Contabilidade e Bancos: Atuar como principal interlocutor entre a tesouraria e

as instituições bancárias, bem como com a equipe de contabilidade, assegurando o perfeito

alinhamento e a sincronia das operações financeiras.

 Gestão de Contas a Pagar e Receber: Administrar os processos de contas a pagar e a

receber, assegurando um fluxo de caixa equilibrado e otimizado.

 Utilização do Sistema Protheus (Totvs): Operar o sistema ERP Protheus da Totvs,

promovendo a eficiência dos processos financeiros e garantindo a conformidade das

informações.

Requisitos:

 Sólida experiência em gestão de tesouraria, controle de contas, e conciliação bancária.

 Vivência no controle de remessas e carteiras de recebíveis, bem como na gestão de contas a

pagar e a receber.

 Habilidade em elaborar previsões financeiras e gerenciar aprovações de despesas.

 Conhecimento avançado no uso do sistema ERP Protheus (Totvs) será considerado um

diferencial.

 Excelentes capacidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal, com habilidade para

interagir com equipes internas e instituições bancárias.
