  • Gemeinsam mit unseren Kanzleien entwickelst Du Arbeitsabläufe und Prozesse weiter und machst sie effizienter, digitaler und zukunftsfähiger
  • Du treibst die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler DATEV-Lösungen aktiv voran und sorgst für eine nachhaltige Verankerung im Kanzleialltag
  • Von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung begleitest Du Digitalisierungs- und Organisationsprojekte mit messbarem Mehrwert
  • Du unterstützt unsere Standorte beim Aufbau klarer Digitalisierungsrollen und moderner Verantwortungsstrukturen
  • Erfolgreiche Ansätze identifizierst Du, vernetzt unsere Kanzleien miteinander und etablierst gruppenweite Best Practices
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Digitalisierungsteam gestaltest Du Standards, Methoden und Konzepte für die Kanzlei der Zukunft
  • Deine Praxiserfahrung bringst Du aktiv ein und entwickelst unsere Digitalisierungsstrategie kontinuierlich weiter
  • Regelmäßig bist Du an unseren Standorten vor Ort, arbeitest direkt mit den Teams zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass Veränderungen nicht nur geplant, sondern erfolgreich umgesetzt werden

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im kaufmännischen, steuerlichen, digitalen oder technischen Umfeld.
  • Idealerweise bringst Du Erfahrungen aus einer Steuerkanzlei, der Kanzleiorganisation, Digitalisierung oder Prozessoptimierung mit
  • Du interessierst Dich für moderne Kanzleiprozesse und hast Freude daran, Abläufe kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der DATEV-Welt sowie ein gutes Verständnis digitaler Kanzleiprozesse
  • Offenheit für neue Technologien und innovative Arbeitsweisen, insbesondere im Bereich Automatisierung, KI und Microsoft Copilot.
  • Erfahrung in der Einführung neuer Softwarelösungen, Arbeitsweisen oder organisatorischer Veränderungen ist von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Teams und Standorten
  • Reisebereitschaft und Interesse daran, Veränderungen direkt vor Ort in den Kanzleien zu begleiten
  • Besitz der Führerscheinklasse B von Vorteil
