Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Employee Lifecycle von ein Eintritt bis Austritt
  • Sicherstellung effizienter, standardisierter und rechtskonformer HR-Prozesse sowie deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung
  • Betreuung der Personaladministration und Koordination der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei arbeits-, lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Erstellung von HR-Reportings, Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen sowie Unterstützung bei der Personalkostenplanung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, Recruiting und den Führungskräften der Gruppe
  • Mitwirkung an gruppenweiten HR-, Integrations- und Organisationsprojekten im Rahmen des weiteren Wachstums

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftspsychologie oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR Management, HR Operations oder People Operations
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Analyse von HR-Kennzahlen sowie Personalkostenplanungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Erfahrung im Beratungsumfeld, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Steuerberatung und Wirtschaftsprüfung ist von Vorteil
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Personio, sowie mit Reporting- und Dashboard-Lösungen
  • Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Tools, Daten und Prozessoptimierung sowie sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365; Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Copilot sind von Vorteil
  • Ein hohes Maß an Integrität, Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu punktuellen Dienstreisen (z.B. Teilnahme an Karrieremessen)
