Wir wachsen und mit uns die Teams unserer Partnerunternehmen in der gesamten Gruppe. Als Werkstudent im Recruiting bist du eine zentrale operative Stütze. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Recruiting-Prozesse gruppenweit reibungslos laufen, Bewerber eine starke Candidate Experience erleben und unsere Hiring Manager schnell die richtigen Talente finden. Du bekommst Einblick in die komplette Recruiting-Welt, über mehrere Unternehmen hinweg.

  • Du unterstützt gruppenweit bei allen Partnerunternehmen im gesamten Recruiting-Prozess
  • Du koordinierst Termine zwischen Kandidaten Hiring Managern und Fachbereichen
  • Du übernimmst die Kommunikation mit Bewerber und Headhuntern, sorgst für schnelle, freundliche Rückmeldungen und arbeitest eng mit HR und den Partnerunternehmen zusammen
  • Du behältst Fristen, Status und To-dos im Blick und hältst Prozesse aktuell
  • Du recherchierst und identifizierst potenzielle Kandidaten z. B. über LinkedIn und unterstützt beim Active Sourcing
  • Du hilfst bei der Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Interviews

Dein Profil

  • Du bist eingeschriebener Studentin, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Personal, BWL, Psychologie, Wirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Kenntnisse in Personio sind ein großer Vorteil, wenn du bereits damit gearbeitet hast, umso besser
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Prozessen den Überblick
  • Du kommunizierst sicher, freundlich und professionell, schriftlich wie mündlich, auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du bist dienstleistungsorientiert, packst gerne mit an und arbeitest sorgfältig mit vertraulichen Daten
  • Du hast erste Erfahrung im Recruiting oder HR
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
