Deine Aufgaben

Ganzheitliche Mandatsbetreuung

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung eines Mandantenportfolios
  • Erstellung und Review von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen
  • Beratung zu komplexen steuerlichen Fragestellungen und Sonderthemen
  • Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen und Rechtsbehelfsverfahren
  • Unterstützung bei Unternehmensumstrukturierungen, Nachfolgeregelungen und strategischen Fragestellungen

Unternehmerische Beratung

  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Beratung von Unternehmerinnen, Unternehmern und Geschäftsführungen
  • Entwicklung individueller Gestaltungs- und Optimierungskonzepte
  • Unterstützung bei Investitions-, Wachstums- und Nachfolgeentscheidungen
  • Aufbau langfristiger und vertrauensvoller Mandantenbeziehungen

Entwicklung und Verantwortung

  • Fachliche Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung von Kolleginnen und Kollegen
  • Mitgestaltung moderner Beratungsansätze und digitaler Prozesse
  • Aufbau eigener fachlicher Schwerpunkte nach Deinen Interessen
  • Perspektivische Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich bestandenes Steuerberaterexamen
  • Erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der steuerlichen Beratung
  • Freude an echter Beratung statt reiner Deklaration
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Humor
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV und Microsoft 365
  • Offenheit für Digitalisierung, moderne Prozesse und KI-gestützte Arbeitsweisen
