Für die LKC Gruppe suchen wir Steuerfachangestellte und Steuerfachwirte (m/w/d), die mehr wollen als klassische Sachbearbeitung. Menschen, die Verantwortung übernehmen, Mandanten langfristig begleiten und die Digitalisierung der Steuerberatung aktiv vorantreiben möchten.

An über 30 Standorten begleiten die Teams der LKC Unternehmen, Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmer bei wichtigen steuerlichen und wirtschaftlichen Entscheidungen. Grundlage dafür sind engagierte Fachkräfte, die Mandanten kompetent betreuen und moderne Kanzleiprozesse aktiv mitgestalten.

Bei der LKC erstellst Du Finanzbuchhaltungen, Jahresabschlüsse und Steuererklärungen, arbeitest in einer modernen digitalen Kanzlei und unterstützt Mandanten mit Deiner fachlichen Expertise im täglichen Geschäft. www.lkc.de

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung digitaler und automatisierter Finanzbuchführungen
  • Anfertigung von Jahresabschlüssen für Personen- und Kapitalgesellschaften
  • Erstellung von betrieblichen und privaten Steuererklärungen
  • Erstellung von Reportings auf Unternehmens- und Konzernebene
  • Steuerliche und buchhalterische Abbildung von Unternehmenstransaktionen
  • Unterstützung bei der Integration neuer Gesellschaften in Unternehmensgruppen
  • Laufende steuerliche Betreuung und Beratung eines festen Mandantenstamms
  • Direkter Ansprechpartner für Mandanten bei steuerlichen und bilanziellen Fragestellungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Mandanten, Geschäftsführungen und internen Fachbereichen
  • Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung neuer digitaler Dienstleistungen und Automatisierungslösungen
  • Implementierung und Optimierung von Schnittstellen zwischen Mandanten- und Kanzleisystemen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der weiteren Digitalisierung in der Kanzlei

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d), idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Steuerfachwirt (m/w/d)
  • Optional Studium mit Schwerpunkt Steuern, Rechnungswesen oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen
  • Sichere Anwendung der DATEV-Welt, insbesondere DMS und Unternehmen Online
  • Affinität für digitale Prozesse, IT-Lösungen und Automatisierung
  • Gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und Bilanzierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-365-Anwendungen; Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Copilot sind von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Lösungsorientierung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Mandanten
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an fachlicher sowie persönlicher Weiterentwicklung
