Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst und verantwortest die gruppenweite Data & AI Strategy und übersetzt diese in konkrete Initiativen mit messbarem Geschäftsnutzen.
  • Du definierst, priorisierst und steuerst die Data & AI Roadmap der Unternehmensgruppe in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Management und Fachbereichen.
  • Du konzipierst, implementierst und entwickelst moderne Datenplattformen, Datenarchitekturen sowie Analytics-Lösungen kontinuierlich weiter, um datengetriebene Entscheidungen in der gesamten Unternehmensgruppe zu ermöglichen.
  • Du identifizierst, bewertest und realisierst Data-, Analytics- und AI-Use-Cases mit klarem Fokus auf Effizienzsteigerung, Automatisierung und nachhaltige Wertschöpfung.
  • Du etablierst gruppenweite Standards für Data Governance, Data Quality und AI Governance und stellst einen verantwortungsvollen, rechtskonformen und sicheren Einsatz von Daten und Künstlicher Intelligenz sicher.
  • Du förderst eine Data-Driven Culture, baust eine unternehmensweite Data & AI Community auf und etablierst Standards für Datenprodukte sowie deren Lifecycle Management.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass erfolgreiche Daten- und KI-Lösungen gruppenweit skaliert, standardisiert und nachhaltig wiederverwendbar gemacht werden.
  • Du verantwortest die Auswahl, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Technologiepartnern, Plattformanbietern und externen Dienstleistern im Data-&-AI-Umfeld.
  • Du arbeitest mit dem Microsoft Data & AI Stack und treibst die Nutzung moderner Technologien wie Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Services und Microsoft AI Foundry aktiv voran.
  • Du konzipierst und moderierst Workshops, Schulungen, Enablement-Programme und Innovationsformate wie Hackathons, um die Data-&-AI-Kompetenz innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe nachhaltig auszubauen.
  • Du übernimmst die Budgetverantwortung für den Bereich Data & AI und misst den Erfolg Deiner Initiativen anhand relevanter KPIs sowie konkreter Wertbeiträge für das Unternehmen.
  • Du berätst Geschäftsführung, Führungskräfte und Fachbereiche als strategischer Sparringspartner zu den Themen Daten, Analytics, Automatisierung und Künstliche Intelligenz.
  • Du beobachtest technologische Entwicklungen und Markttrends im Bereich Data & AI, leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab und stellst die Zukunftsfähigkeit der Unternehmensgruppe sicher

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Data-, Analytics- oder AI-Organisationen, idealerweise in einer führenden Rolle
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams sowie der Steuerung bereichsübergreifender Transformationsprojekte
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics und Business Intelligence
  • Erfahrung mit Generativer KI, Machine Learning, AI Governance sowie der produktiven Implementierung von KI-Lösungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft Data & AI Stack, insbesondere Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services und Microsoft AI Foundry
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Datenmanagement, Data Governance, Datenschutz und regulatorische Anforderungen
  • Erfahrung in der Einführung datengetriebener Arbeitsweisen sowie im Change Management
  • Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops, Schulungen, Trainings oder Hackathons
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ein starkes Verständnis für Business Value und datengetriebene Wertschöpfung
  • Erfahrung im Stakeholder Management sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Management, Führungskräften und Fachbereichen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in Unternehmensgruppen oder Multi-Company-Strukturen
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
