Deine Aufgaben

  • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung des Operating Models und der Governance der Gruppe unter Wahrung der unternehmerischen Identität der Partnergesellschaften
  • Gemeinsame Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Integrationsstrategie und Steuerung mehrerer Integrationsprogramme und Workstreams in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management, Practice Leads und Managing Partners
  • Vorantreiben der Post-Merger Integration innerhalb der atania Gruppe – von der Vorbereitung vor Closing bis zur nachhaltigen Umsetzung der vereinbarten Maßnahmen
  • Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines gruppenweiten PMI-Playbooks mit 100-Tage-Plan, Meilensteinen und klaren Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Identifikation, Realisierung und Nachverfolgung von Synergien, z.B. bei Themen wie Cross-Selling/Kollaboration innerhalb atanias, Pricing,etc.
  • Koordination der Einführung gemeinsamer Systeme, Datenstandards und KPI-Strukturen gemeinsam mit dem Technologie-und Finance-Team sowie Erstellung prägnanter Entscheidungsvorlagen und Management-Reportings
  • Begleitung der Veränderungsprozesse sowie aktive Einbindung von Partnern und Mitarbeitenden zur Förderung der Akzeptanz gruppenweiter Standards
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit M&A bereits vor Closing zur frühzeitigen Bewertung von Integrationsfähigkeit, Prioritäten und kritischen Abhängigkeiten

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Post-Merger Integration, Transformation oder komplexem Programmmanagement
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der End-to-End-Steuerung von Integrationsprogrammen und in der Realisierung messbarer Ergebnisverbesserungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Roadmap-Design, Workstream Governance, Meilensteinplanung sowie Risiko- und Maßnahmenmanagement
  • Ausgeprägtes finanzielles Verständnis für P&L-Zusammenhänge, Synergie-Cases, KPIs und Management Reporting sowie hohe System- und Datenaffinität
  • Erfahrung in dezentralen, partner- oder unternehmergeführten Organisationen; Kenntnisse aus Professional Services oder einem Buy-and-Build-Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Sicheres und emphatisches Auftreten und Kommunikation gegenüber unternehmerisch geprägten Partnern, Führungskräften und Gesellschaftern
  • Ausgeprägte Change-Kompetenz zur Schaffung von Akzeptanz und Orientierung
  • Unternehmerische, pragmatische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit klarem Fokus auf Priorisierung und Umsetzung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit zu den Gesellschaften der atania-Gruppe
