Sobre a oportunidade A Avantti Tecnologia está em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar como Aduaneiro II, apoiando operações, processos e rotinas relacionadas a Comércio Exterior, Legislação Aduaneira, Logística e Gestão de Processos.

Buscamos uma pessoa com sólida experiência na área, capacidade analítica e domínio de ferramentas corporativas, especialmente SAP, BW e Pacote Office, para atuação junto às áreas e partes interessadas.

Principais responsabilidades Atuar junto à UN-BC/SE e suas Gerências Setoriais, apoiando rotinas de análise crítica de desempenho, acompanhamento e tratamento de desvios; Realizar diligenciamento de processos de importação e exportação, integrando exportadores, agentes aduaneiros, logística, importadores e demais áreas envolvidas; Apoiar processos de compras nacionais e internacionais; Realizar levantamentos e análises de dados relacionados a volumes, custos, transporte, armazenagem, seguros e demais componentes dos processos; Assessorar em temas relacionados a Comércio Exterior, Legislação Aduaneira, Tributária e Logística; Analisar pareceres jurídicos, tributários e financeiros relacionados às operações; Atuar com Regimes Aduaneiros Especiais, incluindo REPETRO-SPED; Apoiar modelagens aduaneiro-tributárias e de Comércio Exterior; Monitorar prazos legais e corporativos, tratando demandas e gerando relatórios; Realizar controle de movimentação de bens e inventário; Acompanhar alterações na legislação aduaneira, tributária e de Comércio Exterior, avaliando seus impactos para a unidade; Elaborar e revisar relatórios, planilhas, procedimentos, padrões, tutoriais, notas técnicas e apresentações; Apoiar a gestão de dados, metas e indicadores, incluindo extração e manipulação de grandes volumes de informações; Realizar comunicação e diligenciamento com clientes internos e externos, fornecedores, entidades e demais stakeholders; Participar de reuniões, apresentações, discussões e treinamentos relacionados a Comércio Exterior e Legislação Aduaneira.

Requisitos obrigatórios Ensino Superior completo; Formação em Comércio Exterior ou Administração com ênfase em Comércio Exterior; ou Pós-Graduação em Comércio Exterior; Alternativamente, graduação em qualquer área, desde que possua:mínimo de 4 anos de experiência comprovada em atividades de Comércio Exterior; e registro regular no respectivo Conselho de Classe; Experiência prática nas atribuições da posição ou em escopo correlato, sujeito à aprovação da fiscalização; Conhecimento e capacitação para utilização das seguintes ferramentas:SAP — módulos PM, PS e MM; SAP BW; Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft PowerPoint; A experiência com as ferramentas poderá ser comprovada por certificados ou declaração de experiência comprovada.

Será um diferencial Experiência com operações de Importação e Exportação; Conhecimento de Legislação Aduaneira e Tributária; Experiência com REPETRO-SPED e regimes aduaneiros especiais; Vivência em operações de Logística e Comércio Exterior; Experiência com análise de indicadores, dados e elaboração de relatórios; Vivência em ambientes corporativos de grande porte.
