Sobre a oportunidade A Avantti Tecnologia está em busca de um(a) Product Owner Especialista para liderar um projeto estratégico de implementação de plataforma corporativa, atuando desde as etapas iniciais de planejamento e Discovery até a implantação, pós-go-live e hypercare.

Buscamos um profissional com sólida experiência em gestão de projetos de tecnologia, implementação de soluções corporativas, integrações sistêmicas e relacionamento com stakeholders executivos, que tenha capacidade de conectar as necessidades do negócio às soluções tecnológicas.

Principais responsabilidades Atuar junto a squads multidisciplinares, conduzindo as atividades do projeto. Liderar a implementação da plataforma, desde o planejamento até o pós-go-live. Elaborar e detalhar histórias de usuário (User Stories). Gerenciar, organizar e priorizar o backlog de demandas do projeto. Apoiar, quando necessário, o mapeamento e a otimização de processos, buscando eficiência operacional. Gerenciar cronograma, escopo, riscos, indicadores e governança do projeto. Coordenar fornecedores, consultorias e equipes multidisciplinares. Atuar como elo estratégico entre Tecnologia e as diferentes áreas de negócio. Garantir as integrações da nova solução com ERP, sistemas legados e demais plataformas corporativas. Conduzir etapas de testes, homologação, treinamento, implantação e hypercare. Elaborar documentação das regras de negócio e requisitos tecnológicos. Facilitar a comunicação entre as equipes técnicas e as áreas de negócio. Preparar reportes executivos para diretoria e comitês de acompanhamento.

Requisitos obrigatórios Formação superior em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas. Experiência comprovada em gestão de projetos de tecnologia. Experiência em implementação de softwares corporativos e integrações sistêmicas. Conhecimento de metodologias PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban ou modelos híbridos de gestão. Conhecimento em gestão e modelagem de processos (BPMN). Experiência na gestão e relacionamento com stakeholders executivos. Visão analítica, capacidade de síntese e comunicação executiva. Experiência com ferramentas de gestão e produtividade, como JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Azure Kanban e PowerPoint. Experiência com métodos de Product Discovery, como Design Sprint e Lean Inception.

Requisitos desejáveis MBA ou pós-graduação em Gestão de Projetos, Tecnologia ou Transformação Digital. Experiência com ERP SAP. Conhecimento em Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) – Gestão do Ciclo de Vida do Fornecedor. Conhecimento em Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) – Gestão de Riscos de Terceiros. Experiência em Compliance, Due Diligence e ESG/ASG. Certificações PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master ou SAFe. Vivência em empresas de grande porte e projetos de transformação digital.

Perfil profissional esperado Profissional com perfil estratégico, organizado e orientado a resultados, com capacidade de liderança, negociação e articulação entre áreas técnicas e executivas. Deve apresentar autonomia na condução de projetos complexos, visão de negócio e habilidade para transformar necessidades corporativas em entregas tecnológicas de valor.
