Sobre a oportunidade A Avantti Tecnologia está em busca de um(a) Analista de BI Pleno para atuar com análise de dados, acompanhamento de indicadores e monitoramento da performance de plataformas digitais (site e aplicativo).

Buscamos um profissional com perfil analítico, boa capacidade de comunicação e habilidade para transformar grandes volumes de dados em informações estratégicas, contribuindo para a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria na experiência e na jornada dos clientes.

Principais responsabilidades Realizar o acompanhamento e análises de performance, identificando possíveis atritos após deploys e atualizações no site e aplicativo. Desenvolver dashboards sob demanda para acompanhamento e visualização de dados de site e app. Apoiar a identificação de atritos, inconsistências e possíveis bugs nas plataformas digitais. Apoiar a validação e o acompanhamento do mapa de tags implementado no site e aplicativo. Monitorar indicadores de performance, métricas de negócio e a jornada dos clientes nos canais digitais. Analisar grandes volumes de dados, identificando padrões, oportunidades e possíveis pontos de melhoria. Atuar em parceria com equipes de Tecnologia e Negócios, traduzindo dados em informações relevantes para a tomada de decisão.

Requisitos obrigatórios Conhecimento intermediário em SQL, com capacidade para realizar consultas e análises em grandes volumes de dados. Conhecimento básico do ambiente GCP (Google Cloud Platform). Conhecimento das principais métricas de E-commerce e Web Analytics. Experiência ou conhecimento em ferramentas de análise e visualização de dados, como Power BI, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) e Excel. Conhecimento em Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Firebase e Google Tag Manager (GTM). Boa capacidade analítica para transformar grandes volumes de dados em informações e soluções estratégicas. Boa comunicação e facilidade de interação com equipes de Tecnologia e Negócios.

Requisitos desejáveis Experiência com metodologias ágeis. Vivência em operações de E-commerce. Experiência com análise de performance e comportamento de usuários em plataformas digitais. Perfil profissional Procuramos um profissional analítico, organizado e comunicativo, com senso crítico para investigação de dados e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria. É importante ter facilidade para trabalhar em colaboração com diferentes áreas, conectando informações técnicas às necessidades do negócio.
