Estamos buscando um(a) Principal Technical Consultant – ServiceNow para atuar em projetos de transformação digital, liderando tecnicamente soluções complexas e escaláveis na plataforma ServiceNow.

Sobre a posição Como Principal Technical Consultant, você será responsável por projetar e entregar soluções ServiceNow de alta complexidade, utilizando boas práticas da plataforma e garantindo que as soluções estejam alinhadas aos objetivos de negócio.

Principais responsabilidades Liderar o desenho e a implementação de soluções complexas em ServiceNow; Aplicar boas práticas, padrões técnicos e princípios de arquitetura da plataforma; Atuar junto aos clientes na avaliação do cenário atual e definição do cenário futuro; Traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções técnicas escaláveis; Exercer liderança técnica em implementações de grande porte, integrações e programas de transformação empresarial; Identificar riscos técnicos e de entrega, propondo planos de mitigação; Apoiar a governança técnica e garantir a qualidade das soluções durante todo o ciclo do projeto; Trabalhar de forma integrada com arquitetos, consultores, equipes de delivery, parceiros e stakeholders; Orientar, desenvolver e mentorar consultores e profissionais técnicos; Promover compartilhamento de conhecimento e melhoria contínua; Utilizar IA, automação e ferramentas baseadas em inteligência artificial para gerar ganhos de eficiência, tomada de decisão e melhoria na prestação de serviços.

Requisitos Experiência comprovada em ambientes de consultoria, serviços profissionais ou tecnologia corporativa; Experiência sólida e hands-on no desenho e implementação de soluções ServiceNow; Vivência em ambientes empresariais complexos; Experiência comprovada liderando programas técnicos de grande escala, integrações e equipes multidisciplinares; Conhecimento de domínios/workflows do ServiceNow e dos respectivos processos de negócio; Experiência com IA, automação ou ferramentas de AI-driven insights aplicadas à melhoria de processos e resultados; Excelente comunicação com públicos técnicos e executivos; Certificações ServiceNow relacionadas aos workflows/domínios de atuação; Disponibilidade para viagens de até 50%, conforme necessidade dos projetos e clientes.
