A Avantti Tecnologia está em busca de profissionais com perfil comercial, comunicativo e orientado a resultados para atuar em um projeto de alta visibilidade voltado para soluções Google Ads.

Se você gosta de conversar com clientes, tem facilidade para negociar, gosta de desafios e é motivado por metas e ganhos variáveis, essa oportunidade pode ser para você.

Não é necessário possuir experiência prévia com Google Ads. Você receberá treinamento completo para atuar como consultor especializado em soluções de mídia digital.

O que você fará Prospectar e atender clientes por telefone (telemarketing ativo), e-mail e canais digitais; Compreender as necessidades dos clientes e oferecer soluções consultivas utilizando Google Ads; Construir relacionamento com anunciantes, identificando oportunidades de crescimento; Converter contatos em oportunidades de negócio e vendas; Apresentar recomendações para aumento de performance em campanhas digitais; Acompanhar negociações e manter o funil comercial atualizado no CRM; Trabalhar com metas diárias, semanais e mensais de conversão; Atuar de forma consultiva, sempre buscando gerar valor para o cliente.

Buscamos profissionais que tenham Experiência com vendas ativas (telemarketing ativo, Inside Sales ou prospecção comercial); Perfil comunicativo e persuasivo; Facilidade para negociação; Gostar de trabalhar com metas e indicadores; Boa argumentação comercial; Facilidade para aprender novas soluções digitais; Conhecimento básico em informática.

Será um diferencial Experiência em Call Center Ativo; Vivência com vendas consultivas; Experiência em vendas de serviços ou soluções digitais; Conhecimento em marketing digital ou Google Ads (não obrigatório).
