Buscamos um Analista Desenvolvedor .NET Sênior com atuação especialista em Desenvolvimento Seguro (AppSec) para integrar o time de desenvolvimento da plataforma Atlas, com foco em aplicações financeiras como PAS e Risk. O profissional será responsável por desenvolver, manter e evoluir aplicações em C#/.NET e SQL Server, além de liderar a identificação e correção de vulnerabilidades, promovendo práticas seguras alinhadas aos frameworks OWASP ASVS 5.0 e NIST SSDF. Espera-se experiência sólida em C#, resolução de falhas de segurança e convivência com ambientes de mercado financeiro e sistemas legados.

Responsabilidades principais:

Desenvolvimento e sustentação de sistemas:

  • Desenvolver funcionalidades e evoluções em C#/.NET (.NET Framework, .NET moderno, ASP.NET Core, Web API e MVC).
  • Investigar e corrigir bugs, otimizar rotinas em SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, transações, índices e tuning) e realizar manutenção em sistemas legados (IIS, Windows Server) garantindo a integridade dos processamentos financeiros.

Segurança de aplicações e AppSec:

  • Identificar, analisar e mitigar vulnerabilidades de código e arquitetura (OWASP Top 10, SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF, SSRF, IDOR/BOLA).
  • Revisar e implementar mecanismos seguros de autenticação e autorização (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, autenticação integrada).
  • Executar correções de consultas SQL inseguras, garantir a proteção de dados sensíveis e implementar controles rígidos contra acessos indevidos e manipulação de operações.

Qualidade, prevenção e DevSecOps:

  • Realizar revisões de código (code review) focadas em segurança e qualidade.
  • Introduzir verificações automatizadas de segurança e gestão de dependências vulneráveis (SAST, DAST, SCA) em pipelines de CI/CD utilizando ferramentas como SonarQube e Snyk.
  • Escrever e manter testes de regressão e testes automatizados.

Controles para o mercado financeiro e auditoria:

  • Garantir integridade transacional, idempotência de operações, rastreabilidade e segregação de acessos em rotinas financeiras.
  • Proteger dados de fundos, carteiras e posições, mantendo logs e trilhas de auditoria adequadas para gerar evidências técnicas em auditorias e conformidades regulatórias.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência de 7 a 10 anos em desenvolvimento de software, com pelo menos 5 anos de experiência sólida com ecossistema C# / .NET.
  • Atuação prática e comprovada em segurança de aplicações e correção de vulnerabilidades de código.
  • Domínio em C# (.NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC).
  • Conhecimento avançado em SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, transações, permissões e tuning).
  • Vivência com segurança de APIs (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT) e conceitos do OWASP Top 10.
  • Conhecimento de arquitetura de software (SOLID, Clean Architecture, design de APIs) e testes automatizados.
  • Experiência prática em sustentação e integração de aplicações em ambientes legados (IIS, Windows Server).
  • Conhecimento em integração de segurança em pipelines de CI/CD, Git e ferramentas de análise estática (SonarQube, Snyk ou equivalentes).
  • Aplicação de controles de segurança de dados (criptografia, TLS, gestão de segredos, audit logs).

Diferenciais relevantes:

  • Domínio ou vivência em regras de negócio do Mercado Financeiro (fundos de investimento, carteiras, posições, processamento e conciliação).
  • Familiaridade técnica com o guia OWASP ASVS 5.0 (Application Security Verification Standard) e o framework NIST SSDF (Secure Software Development Framework).
