Buscamos um profissional com sólida experiência em automação de testes, domínio de Robot Framework e Python, visão analítica e capacidade de estruturar estratégias de qualidade para aplicações Frontend e Backend.

Informações da oportunidade Contratante: Avantti Tecnologia Cargo: Analista de Testes Automatizador Sênior Senioridade: Sênior Modelo de contratação: CLT Modalidade: 100% Remoto Período: 12 meses (podendo ser prorrogado)

Principais responsabilidades Desenvolver, implementar e manter testes automatizados de Backend e Frontend. Criar, evoluir e manter frameworks de automação utilizando Robot Framework e Python. Elaborar estratégias, planos, cenários e casos de teste, garantindo a cobertura e qualidade das aplicações. Executar testes funcionais, regressivos, exploratórios, de integração e ponta a ponta (E2E). Automatizar testes de interfaces Web, APIs REST/SOAP e microsserviços. Realizar validações de APIs utilizando Postman, Insomnia ou ferramentas similares. Identificar, investigar, documentar e reportar defeitos. Atuar em conjunto com equipes multidisciplinares, participando das cerimônias ágeis e contribuindo com a qualidade desde o refinamento até a entrega. Acompanhar deploys e realizar validações em horários excepcionais, quando necessário.

Requisitos obrigatórios Experiência sólida na elaboração de estratégias, planos, casos, cenários e evidências de testes. Experiência comprovada em automação de testes e desenvolvimento de frameworks. Domínio de Robot Framework e Python. Experiência com automação de testes de interface, APIs e fluxos integrados. Vivência com testes Frontend (Web) e Backend (APIs REST/SOAP e microsserviços). Experiência com testes funcionais, regressivos, exploratórios, integração, E2E e não funcionais. Conhecimento de boas práticas de automação, organização de código, reutilização de componentes, parametrização e geração de relatórios. Experiência com Git para versionamento de código. Conhecimento e utilização de Azure DevOps para gestão de backlog, planejamento, rastreabilidade e execução de testes. Vivência em metodologias ágeis, como Scrum e Kanban. Capacidade analítica para investigação e identificação de defeitos. Boa comunicação, colaboração e facilidade para trabalhar em equipes multidisciplinares. Disponibilidade para acompanhamento de deploys e validações em horários excepcionais, quando necessário.

Requisitos desejáveis Conhecimento em ferramentas de automação como Playwright, Selenium, Cypress ou Appium. Experiência com integração de testes automatizados em pipelines CI/CD. Conhecimento em ferramentas de qualidade de código e análise estática. Vivência com containers e ambientes virtualizados (Docker). Experiência com testes de performance utilizando JMeter, K6 ou similares. Conhecimento em testes de usabilidade (UX) e acessibilidade. Conhecimento em arquitetura de sistemas distribuídos, microsserviços e mensageria. Experiência em ambientes de alta criticidade, e-commerce, meios de pagamento ou sistemas transacionais.
