A Avantti Consultoria TI está em busca de um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Full Stack Sênior para atuar em um projeto estratégico de tecnologia, com foco no desenvolvimento, sustentação, modernização e evolução de aplicações corporativas.

Buscamos um profissional com forte domínio em Java (Back-End) e Angular (Front-End), sólida experiência em arquitetura de microsserviços, ambientes containerizados e práticas de engenharia de software.

O perfil ideal deverá apresentar autonomia, protagonismo e capacidade analítica, atuando de forma investigativa na identificação de causas-raiz, resolução de problemas complexos, melhoria de performance, segurança e resiliência das aplicações.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver, manter, refatorar e evoluir aplicações Full Stack utilizando Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch e Angular.
  • Atuar na análise crítica de código, identificação de débitos técnicos e proposição de melhorias arquiteturais.
  • Investigar e solucionar incidentes, identificando causas-raiz e implementando soluções definitivas.
  • Atuar na sustentação e modernização de aplicações novas e legadas.
  • Desenvolver e manter APIs REST e soluções baseadas em arquitetura de microsserviços.
  • Contribuir para decisões técnicas, evolução da arquitetura e definição de soluções.
  • Realizar troubleshooting avançado em aplicações e ambientes Docker e Kubernetes.
  • Investigar problemas relacionados a Pods, containers, health checks, logs, disponibilidade e consumo de recursos.
  • Utilizar Rancher para monitoramento, administração e diagnóstico de workloads.
  • Trabalhar com observabilidade, análise de logs, métricas, indicadores de saúde e tuning de JVM.
  • Apoiar práticas de SRE, gestão de capacidade (Requests/Limits), prevenção de incidentes e resiliência operacional.
  • Realizar análise e otimização de queries SQL, performance e manutenção de bancos de dados.
  • Atuar na identificação e correção de vulnerabilidades, obsolescência tecnológica e débitos técnicos.
  • Contribuir para otimização de imagens Docker, pipelines CI/CD e práticas de DevSecOps.
  • Utilizar ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial Generativa para apoiar desenvolvimento, refatoração, testes e produtividade.
  • Participar de refinamentos, discussões técnicas e atividades colaborativas com Desenvolvimento, QA e demais integrantes da squad.

Requisitos técnicos obrigatórios

Back-End e arquitetura

Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento Java (8+). Domínio de Spring Framework, Spring Boot e Spring Batch. Experiência com OpenLiberty e/ou Jakarta EE. Experiência em arquitetura de microsserviços e APIs REST. Conhecimento em padrões de resiliência: Circuit Breaker, Retry, Graceful Shutdown e Rate Limiting. Experiência em análise de código, refatoração, design e evolução de arquitetura de software. Conhecimentos em troubleshooting e performance de JVM, incluindo análise de threads e Garbage Collector.

Front-End

Experiência prática com Angular e TypeScript. Conhecimento em JavaScript, jQuery e HTML5 para manutenção e evolução de aplicações legadas. Vivência com aplicações SPA, modularização e integração com APIs REST.

Containers, infraestrutura e observabilidade

Experiência com Docker, incluindo construção e otimização de imagens (multi-stage builds). Domínio de Kubernetes: Pods, Deployments, manifestos, probes, ingress, logs e troubleshooting. Experiência prática com Rancher para gestão, monitoramento e diagnóstico de ambientes Kubernetes. Conhecimento em Requests/Limits, health checks, gestão de recursos e disponibilidade. Vivência em troubleshooting de ambientes de desenvolvimento, testes, homologação e produção. Conhecimento em observabilidade, monitoramento, análise de logs, métricas e práticas SRE.

Banco de dados

Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais, especialmente Oracle e SQL. Domínio na construção e otimização de queries. Conhecimento em análise de performance, procedures e manutenção de bases de dados.

DevOps, DevSecOps e qualidade

Experiência com Git, GitLab e Jenkins. Conhecimento em pipelines CI/CD e automação de processos. Experiência com SonarQube e ferramentas de análise estática de código. Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise de vulnerabilidades, como Trivy e Snyk. Vivência com boas práticas de segurança de aplicações (AppSec), qualidade de código e mitigação de vulnerabilidades. Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban), cultura SRE e práticas ITIL.

Diferenciais

Certificações em Java, Spring, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), Rancher ou DevSecOps. Conhecimento em plataformas Cloud: AWS, Azure ou GCP. Experiência com DataStage. Vivência com ferramentas de IA Generativa aplicadas à engenharia de software, como GitHub Copilot. Conhecimentos em Prompt Engineering para apoio à análise de código, refatoração, automação de testes e produtividade.
