Sobre a oportunidade A Avantti Tecnologia está em busca de um(a) Arquiteto(a) de Soluções Sênior, com sólida experiência em arquitetura de soluções empresariais, especialização no ecossistema Salesforce e integração com sistemas corporativos, especialmente ERP/SAP.

O profissional será responsável por transformar os direcionamentos estratégicos de Arquitetura Empresarial em soluções técnicas implementáveis, atuando nos domínios Comercial e Consumidor.

Buscamos um perfil com visão end-to-end, capacidade de tomada de decisão arquitetural e experiência no desenho de soluções escaláveis, seguras e integradas.

Principais responsabilidades Projetar arquiteturas lógicas e físicas de soluções empresariais, contemplando aplicações, integrações, infraestrutura, redes, contêineres e implantação. Definir soluções arquiteturais para plataformas comerciais, com ênfase em Salesforce e aplicações desenvolvidas internamente. Estruturar modelos de dados, mecanismos de segurança e padrões de integração. Garantir o alinhamento das soluções aos princípios e padrões estabelecidos pela Arquitetura Empresarial. Avaliar alternativas tecnológicas considerando custos, riscos, eficiência operacional, sustentabilidade e requisitos não funcionais. Elaborar documentação arquitetural, diagramas técnicos e Architecture Decision Records (ADRs). Incorporar requisitos de IAM, criptografia, resiliência, escalabilidade e proteção de dados pessoais. Desenvolver soluções integradas aos processos de vendas, atendimento, relacionamento com consumidores, order-to-cash e trade marketing. Atuar com equipes de negócio, desenvolvimento, infraestrutura e segurança. Realizar documentação e transferência de conhecimento para as equipes responsáveis pela implementação.

Requisitos técnicos obrigatórios Formação superior em Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas, ou experiência equivalente comprovada. Experiência comprovda em arquitetura de soluções, desenho técnico e integração de sistemas. Experiência comprovada como Arquiteto Salesforce ou Líder Técnico Salesforce, participando de implementações end-to-end. Conhecimento aprofundado da arquitetura Salesforce, incluindo modelo de dados, segurança, governor limits, extensões e padrões de integração. Experiência no desenho de soluções para os domínios Comercial e Consumidor. Experiência com integração de CRM e aplicações corporativas com sistemas ERP, preferencialmente SAP. Domínio de arquitetura lógica e física de soluções. Conhecimento sólido em infraestrutura cloud, redes, contêineres, segurança e implantação. Experiência com APIs, arquitetura orientada a eventos, mensageria e integrações síncronas e assíncronas. Conhecimento em modelagem ArchiMate e princípios TOGAF. Experiência com avaliação de trade-offs arquiteturais e gestão de stakeholders.

Ferramentas e Tecnologias CRM e Plataformas Empresariais: Salesforce, ERP/SAP e aplicações corporativas. Arquitetura de Soluções: TOGAF, ArchiMate, arquitetura lógica e física, Architecture Decision Records (ADRs). Integrações e APIs: APIs, arquitetura orientada a eventos, mensageria, filas e integrações síncronas e assíncronas. Cloud e Infraestrutura: Computação em nuvem, redes, contêineres, infraestrutura e implantação de aplicações. Segurança: IAM (Identity and Access Management), criptografia, segurança de aplicações e proteção de dados pessoais. Arquitetura Salesforce: Modelagem de dados, governor limits, padrões de integração, extensões e segurança da plataforma. Modelagem e Diagramas: Archi, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart e Draw.io. Gestão de Arquitetura: SAP LeanIX. Dados e Processos Comerciais: Modelagem de entidades de clientes, produtos, promoções e hierarquias. Plataformas de Negócio (diferenciais): TPM (Trade Promotion Management), Loyalty, e-commerce e DSD (Direct Store Delivery). Frameworks e Práticas Complementares: BIZBOK, SAFe e SRE (Site Reliability Engineering).

Diferenciais Experiência nos segmentos CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), varejo ou manufatura. Conhecimento de TPM, Loyalty, e-commerce e DSD. Certificações TOGAF, ArchiMate ou SAFe. Certificações Salesforce Application Architect ou System Architect. Conhecimento em BIZBOK e modelagem de capacidades de negócio. Experiência com observabilidade e práticas SRE.

Competências comportamentais Comunicação executiva em inglês e espanhol. Pensamento estruturado e visão sistêmica. Capacidade de abstração, análise e síntese. Liderança técnica e influência sem autoridade hierárquica. Negociação e relacionamento com stakeholders. Autonomia e capacidade de justificar decisões arquiteturais.
