Sobre a oportunidade A Avantti Tecnologia está em busca de um(a) Arquiteto(a) Empresarial (Enterprise Architect) com sólida experiência em arquitetura corporativa, governança tecnológica, definição de padrões arquiteturais e desenvolvimento de roadmaps estratégicos.

O profissional será responsável por conectar os objetivos de negócio à estratégia de tecnologia, garantindo um ecossistema de aplicações, dados e plataformas eficiente, escalável e alinhado às prioridades corporativas.

Buscamos um perfil estratégico, com capacidade de atuar junto à alta liderança, influenciar decisões de investimento tecnológico e direcionar iniciativas de transformação digital, modernização e evolução da arquitetura empresarial.

Principais responsabilidades Definir e manter arquiteturas corporativas atuais (as-is) e futuras (to-be), abrangendo negócio, dados, aplicações e tecnologia. Desenvolver estratégias e roadmaps de evolução tecnológica alinhados aos objetivos organizacionais. Estabelecer princípios, padrões, políticas e arquiteturas de referência. Participar de Comitês de Revisão Tecnológica e Arquitetura, apresentando e avaliando propostas de soluções. Atuar na governança de arquitetura, assegurando aderência aos padrões corporativos. Conduzir iniciativas de racionalização do portfólio de aplicações (Application Portfolio Management – APM). Identificar redundâncias tecnológicas, dívida técnica e oportunidades de modernização ou descontinuação de sistemas. Revisar arquiteturas de soluções e orientar tecnicamente os times responsáveis pelas implementações. Avaliar investimentos tecnológicos considerando TCO, valor de negócio e riscos estratégicos. Liderar avaliações e recomendações de tecnologias e plataformas corporativas. Apresentar análises arquiteturais e recomendações estratégicas para executivos e stakeholders C-Level. Apoiar iniciativas de transformação digital e evolução da arquitetura corporativa.

Requisitos técnicos obrigatórios Formação superior em Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas. Experiência comproada em tecnologia, sendo em projetos de Arquitetura Empresarial ou liderança arquitetural transversal. Experiência comprovada em governança de arquitetura corporativa, comitês, gestão de exceções e conformidade. Domínio de TOGAF, incluindo ADM (Architecture Development Method). Conhecimento sólido em BIZBOK e modelagem de capacidades de negócio. Experiência com ArchiMate nos níveis de estratégia, motivação, negócio, aplicações e tecnologia. Experiência em gestão e racionalização de portfólio de aplicações. Desenvolvimento de roadmaps tecnológicos conectados à estratégia de negócio. Experiência com ferramentas de Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM). Conhecimento de integração corporativa baseada em APIs e eventos. Conhecimento em estratégias de cloud, custos e FinOps. Conhecimento em segurança corporativa, Zero Trust e governança de dados. Experiência na gestão de stakeholders executivos e relacionamento com C-Level.

Ferramentas e Tecnologias Arquitetura Empresarial: TOGAF 9/10, TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method) e ArchiMate. Modelagem de Negócios: BIZBOK, modelagem de capacidades de negócio e arquitetura As-Is / To-Be. Ferramentas de Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM): SAP LeanIX, Bizzdesign, ServiceNow e Archi. Gestão de Portfólio: Application Portfolio Management (APM), racionalização de aplicações e gestão de dívida técnica. Arquitetura de Integração: APIs e arquitetura orientada a eventos. Cloud e Gestão Financeira: Estratégia Cloud, FinOps e análise de TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). Segurança e Governança: Zero Trust, governança de dados, padrões e políticas de arquitetura. Modernização Tecnológica: Modernização de sistemas legados e plataformas SAP (diferencial). Estratégia e Governança de TI: Roadmaps tecnológicos, arquiteturas de referência, avaliação de tecnologias e governança arquitetural. Frameworks Complementares: SAFe e Lean Portfolio Management.

Diferenciais Certificação TOGAF 9 ou 10 Certified. Certificação ArchiMate Practitioner. Certificação SAFe – Lean Portfolio Management. Experiência nos segmentos CPG, varejo ou manufatura. Experiência em modernização de plataformas legadas, especialmente SAP.

Competências comportamentais Visão sistêmica e pensamento estratégico. Capacidade de liderança e influência sem autoridade hierárquica. Comunicação executiva e negociação com diretores e gestores. Capacidade de traduzir temas técnicos complexos em recomendações de negócio. Pragmatismo na definição de soluções arquiteturais. Capacidade de equilibrar inovação, investimentos e restrições operacionais.
