Sobre a oportunidade Estamos em busca de um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Siemens Opcenter (Camstar) Sênior para atuar em um projeto global, com foco no desenvolvimento, implementação, sustentação e evolução de soluções MES (Manufacturing Execution System).

O profissional será responsável por soluções baseadas em Siemens Opcenter/Camstar, atuando na integração entre sistemas de manufatura, ERP e equipamentos industriais, além de colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares distribuídas em diferentes geografias.

Principais responsabilidades Projetar, desenvolver, implementar, implantar e prestar suporte às aplicações Siemens Opcenter/Camstar. Atuar em uma equipe global de DevOps, responsável pelo suporte 24x7 e evolução contínua das soluções MES. Apoiar mais de 10 unidades de manufatura em diferentes localidades. Traduzir requisitos de negócio em fluxos e processos funcionais dentro do ambiente MES. Realizar análises de viabilidade técnica e validar soluções conforme as necessidades do negócio. Configurar e customizar soluções utilizando Camstar Designer e Management Studio. Gerenciar integrações entre ERP, equipamentos industriais e sistemas de manufatura. Garantir a conectividade e integração entre MES, PLC, SCADA e camadas industriais L1, L2 e L3. Atuar na resolução de incidentes, suporte aos usuários e otimização de processos. Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes funcionais, administradores de sistemas, clientes e fornecedores. Monitorar a disponibilidade, estabilidade e performance dos sistemas. Orientar e apoiar tecnicamente outros integrantes da equipe, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento profissional.

Requisitos técnicos obrigatórios Experiência sólida com Siemens Opcenter / Camstar, incluindo conhecimento técnico e funcional. Experiência prática em implementação, configuração, customização e sustentação de soluções MES. Domínio de Camstar Designer, Management Studio, Opcenter Designer, Portal Studio, MIO e Modeling. Conhecimento em Camstar Interoperability (CIO) / MOM, incluindo integrações com ERP e equipamentos industriais. Experiência com fluxos de mensagens e integração entre sistemas. Conhecimentos em desenvolvimento utilizando:

.NET e C#; HTML5, CSS e JavaScript. Experiência com bancos de dados SQL e Oracle. Conhecimentos em XML. Experiência com integração ERP e equipamentos industriais. Conhecimento de OPC, IoT, PLC e SCADA. Experiência com configurações OT e levantamento de requisitos em programas globais. Inglês avançado para comunicação e interação com equipes internacionais.

Diferenciais desejáveis Experiência nos segmentos de Medical Devices, dispositivos médicos ou indústria farmacêutica. Conhecimento de processos de manufatura e requisitos de compliance industrial. Conhecimento das normas e padrões ISA-95 e MESA. Experiência com Power BI, SSRS, SAP BI e elaboração de relatórios utilizando SQL. Conhecimentos em conectividade OPC, PLC e sistemas SCADA. Fundamentos de hardware e redes industriais. Vivência em equipes multiculturais e projetos internacionais. Capacidade de liderança, comunicação e mentoria técnica.
