A Avantti Tecnologia está em busca de um(a) Principal Platform Architect (ServiceNow) para atuar em um ambiente global, apoiando grandes organizações na maximização do valor de seus investimentos em ServiceNow por meio de arquitetura estratégica, governança, transformação digital e evolução da plataforma.

Buscamos um profissional com visão enterprise, forte capacidade consultiva e experiência para atuar junto a executivos, arquitetos corporativos, donos de plataforma, equipes de delivery e líderes de negócio.

Sobre a posição:

Como Principal Platform Architect, você será uma referência estratégica para clientes, contribuindo na definição da arquitetura e evolução da plataforma ServiceNow.

O profissional será responsável por conectar estratégia de negócio, arquitetura tecnológica, governança, dados, integrações, IA e evolução da plataforma, garantindo sustentabilidade e geração de valor no longo prazo.

Principais responsabilidades: Atuar como Trusted Architectural Advisor para clientes, definindo estratégias de plataforma e alinhando as capacidades do ServiceNow aos objetivos de negócio; Desenvolver e manter roadmaps estratégicos da plataforma, priorizando adoção de capacidades, geração de valor e sustentabilidade; Liderar revisões de arquitetura e orientar decisões relacionadas a:Arquitetura técnica; Estratégia de dados; Integrações; Governança; Segurança; Adoção de IA; Avaliar a saúde da plataforma e identificar:Riscos técnicos; Technical Debt; Oportunidades de otimização; Problemas de performance; Questões de segurança; Oportunidades de melhoria na experiência do usuário; Recomendar estratégias de remediação e evolução da plataforma; Influenciar executivos e líderes seniores de tecnologia nas decisões relacionadas à plataforma; Orientar Enterprise Architects, Platform Owners e equipes técnicas; Mentorar outros arquitetos e contribuir para o desenvolvimento da comunidade de arquitetura; Criar e disseminar frameworks, padrões, boas práticas e modelos de governança; Atuar em iniciativas de transformação utilizando IA e recursos de AI do ServiceNow; Conectar investimentos tecnológicos a resultados mensuráveis para o negócio.

Requisitos:

Experiência em arquitetura empresarial, arquitetura de plataformas, consultoria ou transformação digital; Conhecimento profundo da arquitetura da plataforma ServiceNow; Experiência com:Capacidades e aplicações ServiceNow; Integrações; Modelos de dados; Arquitetura corporativa; Frameworks de governança; Experiência comprovada na construção de Platform Roadmaps e estratégias tecnológicas de longo prazo; Capacidade de transformar objetivos de negócio em estratégias tecnológicas escaláveis e enterprise-wide; Experiência atuando como advisor de:CIOs; CTOs; VPs; Diretores de Tecnologia; Enterprise Architects; Líderes de plataforma; Forte experiência em Technical Governance, Platform Health Assessment, Risk Management e Technical Debt Remediation; Experiência na definição de arquitetura de dados, estratégia de integração e padrões tecnológicos corporativos; Experiência com iniciativas de AI-enabled Transformation, incluindo capacidades de IA do ServiceNow; Excelente comunicação executiva, relacionamento com stakeholders e capacidade consultiva; Inglês avançado/fluente, com capacidade para atuar em reuniões, apresentações, discussões técnicas e estratégicas em ambiente global.

Diferenciais:

Certificação Certified Technical Architect (CTA) ou estar em processo de obtenção de certificações avançadas de arquitetura ServiceNow; Conhecimento em múltiplos workflows/módulos ServiceNow, como:ITSM ITOM CSM HRSD SecOps GRC Experiência assessorando grandes empresas em programas de modernização de plataformas e transformação digital; Forte visão de negócios e conhecimento de diferentes segmentos de mercado; Capacidade de relacionar investimentos tecnológicos a resultados e indicadores de negócio; Experiência estruturando frameworks de governança; Experiência liderando e desenvolvendo outros arquitetos; Histórico de atuação na evolução de padrões e excelência arquitetural em grandes organizações.
