The posting

  • Salaire entre 26$ et 36$/h, selon ton expérience;
  • Poste permanent à temps plein;
  • Possibilité de travailler de jour ou de soir;
  • Assurances collectives;
  • Régime de retraite;
  • Participation aux bénéfices;
  • Programme d'aide aux employés;
  • Stationnement sur place;

  • Lire et interpréter des plans d'assemblage complexes;
  • Préparer, positionner et assembler les différentes composantes;
  • Travailler sur des structures, réservoirs et éléments de tuyauterie;
  • Effectuer le pointage et différents travaux de soudage;
  • Utiliser les procédés MIG et Flux-Cored;
  • Utiliser le plasma et l'oxycoupage;
  • Vérifier les dimensions, tolérances et la qualité des assemblages;

  • Tu es autonome et débrouillard;
  • Tu es solide en lecture de plans;
  • Tu as un bon jugement et tu n'as pas peur de soulever une erreur;
  • Tu es vaillant et tu gardes un bon rythme de travail;
  • Tu as une certaine maturité professionnelle;
  • Tu aimes prendre des responsabilités et faire avancer le projet;

  • Expérience pertinente comme assembleur-soudeur ou assembleur industriel;
  • Expérience avec le MIG, Flux-Cored, plasma ou oxycoupage;
  • Expérience en tuyauterie industrielle, réservoirs ou structures métalliques;
  • Expérience sur des équipements sous pression, un atout;

On veut te parler.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.
