Tu aimes prendre un projet en main dès l'estimation et le suivre jusqu'à sa livraison sur le chantier?

Chez Groupe SM Tardif, on cherche un(e) chargé(e) de projets qui aime comprendre le technique, coordonner les bonnes ressources et garder le contrôle sur les coûts, les échéanciers et l'avancement des travaux.

Tu travailleras pour SM Construction, une filiale spécialisée en installations pétrolières, sur des projets qui combinent construction, mécanique industrielle, tuyauterie, électricité et automatisation.

Ici, tu ne récupères pas simplement un projet déjà ficelé : tu participes à l'estimation, tu le planifies, tu le gères et tu le vois prendre forme sur le terrain.

Les projets sur lesquels tu travailleras

  • Construction et mise aux normes de parcs pétroliers pour centrales thermiques;
  • Construction et modernisation de dépôts pétroliers et systèmes d'avitaillement;
  • Projets intégrant des travaux mécaniques, électriques et de tuyauterie;
  • Automatisation de dépôts : mesure de débit et de niveau, gestion de véhicules et autres systèmes spécialisés.

Ton rôle

Au quotidien, tu auras notamment à :

  • Préparer les estimations et soumissions de tes projets;
  • Analyser les plans, dessins et devis;
  • Planifier les travaux et assurer le suivi des échéanciers;
  • Coordonner l'approvisionnement nécessaire aux projets;
  • Assurer le suivi des chantiers et communiquer l'avancement aux clients;
  • Gérer les budgets, coûts et aspects financiers de tes projets;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les différents intervenants;
  • Anticiper les enjeux et trouver rapidement des solutions pour garder les projets sur les rails.

Ce qu'on cherche

  • DEC en génie mécanique ou maintenance industrielle, ou BAC en génie mécanique;
  • Environ 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets de construction;
  • Bonnes connaissances en mécanique industrielle et tuyauterie;
  • Très bonne capacité à lire et interpréter des plans et devis;
  • Excellent sens de l'organisation et des priorités;
  • Autonomie, débrouillardise et approche orientée solutions;
  • Carte ASP Construction, un atout.
