The posting

Tu aimes prendre un projet en main, garder le contrôle sur les échéanciers et trouver des solutions quand ça bouge sur le chantier?

Notre partenaire, un entrepreneur général bien établi au Saguenay, cherche un(e) chargé(e) de projet pour piloter des projets de construction, généralement entre 4 M$ et 12 M$.

Ici, tu ne seras pas simplement dans les suivis. Tu seras au cœur des décisions, en lien avec les équipes terrain, les professionnels, les sous-traitants et les donneurs d'ouvrage.

Ton rôle

Tu prendras en charge tes projets du démarrage jusqu'à la livraison et tu t'assureras que tout avance selon les budgets, échéanciers, exigences contractuelles et standards de qualité.

Au quotidien, tu auras notamment à :

  • Planifier et coordonner les différentes étapes des projets;
  • Préparer, suivre et contrôler les budgets;
  • Gérer les échéanciers et anticiper les enjeux;
  • Coordonner les sous-traitants et les différents intervenants;
  • Participer aux réunions de chantier;
  • Gérer les changements et la documentation contractuelle;
  • Résoudre les problématiques techniques en collaboration avec les équipes;
  • Veiller au respect des normes de santé et sécurité;
  • Participer à l'amélioration des méthodes de travail et aux pratiques Lean lorsque pertinent.

Ce qu'on cherche

  • Environ 3 ans d'expérience ou plus en gestion de projets de construction;
  • DEC ou BAC en génie, architecture ou domaine connexe;
  • Excellente capacité à organiser, prioriser et faire avancer plusieurs dossiers;
  • Bon jugement et approche orientée solutions;
  • Aisance à communiquer avec les équipes terrain, les professionnels et les clients;
  • Connaissance de MS Project;
  • Intérêt pour les méthodes de gestion Lean;
  • Disponibilité pour quelques déplacements occasionnels.
