Avizia RH recrute pour son partenaire Pultrall, situé à Thetford Mines, une entreprise manufacturière bien établie qui poursuit sa croissance au Canada et aux États-Unis.

Ton rôle

Tu participes activement à la gestion du cycle comptable complet, à l'analyse financière et au suivi des opérations américaines. Tu joueras aussi un rôle important dans l'optimisation des processus et la structuration des pratiques financières de l'entreprise.

Ce que tu vas faire au quotidien

  • Préparer et analyser les états financiers mensuels
  • Participer à la vérification annuelle avec les vérificateurs externes
  • Produire différents rapports de gestion et analyses financières
  • Développer et maintenir des contrôles internes efficaces
  • Assurer le suivi des activités financières des filiales américaines
  • Collaborer avec les équipes comptables aux États-Unis
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus comptables
  • Contribuer à la mise en place de méthodes de travail plus efficaces et structurées

Ce qu'on recherche

  • Formation en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe
  • Titre CPA considéré comme un atout
  • Expérience en comptabilité de gestion ou analyse des coûts
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils comptables et d'Excel
  • Capacité d'analyse et facilité à résoudre des problèmes
  • Sens de l'organisation et autonomie
  • Attitude positive et esprit d'amélioration continue
  • Aisance à travailler avec plusieurs équipes
  • Bilinguisme français/anglais considéré comme un fort atout
