Principales responsabilités :

L'assistant.e chargé.e de projet pour soutien l'équipe en mécanique et électricité du bâtiment (MEP). Tu participeras au suivi administratif et technique des projets, notamment dans la gestion des livrables, approbations et réquisitions de matériel.

Le travail sera effectué en étroite collaboration avec les chargés de projets, l'équipe des achats et les intervenants de projet afin d'assurer le bon déroulement des différentes étapes des projets.

Support aux chargés de projets

  • Assister les chargés de projets en mécanique et en électricité dans différentes étapes des projets.
  • Participer au suivi administratif et à la coordination des informations de projet.

Gestion des livrables

  • Préparer et compléter les livrables techniques
  • Collaborer avec les chargés de projets MEP pour la préparation et la transmission des documents pour approbation via Procore.
  • Vérifier les informations nécessaires avant la transmission des livrables.
  • Considérer les délais d'approvisionnement et les coûts avant la soumission des documents.
  • Proposer des produits équivalents lorsque des enjeux d'approvisionnement ou de délais sont identifiés.

Réquisitions

  • Préparer les réquisitions de matériel lorsque les livrables sont approuvés et que l'avancement des plans le permet.
  • Soumettre les réquisitions pour approbation aux chargés de projets MEP.
  • Maintenir les communications avec les intervenants concernés afin d'assurer les suivis requis.

Compétences recherchées

Profil recherché

  • Formation en mécanique du bâtiment, électricité, génie mécanique, génie électrique ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience en en soutien de projet.
  • Connaissance du domaine mécanique/électricité du bâtiment (MEP).
  • Bonne organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
  • Organisation et gestion des priorités
  • Rigueur et souci du détail
  • Bonne communication et esprit d'équipe
  • Autonomie et initiative
