Résumé du rôle

Nous recherchons un(e) adjoint(e) à l'estimation polyvalent pour se joindre à notre équipe dynamique. La personne retenue jouera un rôle clef dans le soutien administratif du département d'estimation, contribuant au bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes.

Description de tâches

  • Assurer la gestion de la boîte de courriels du département;
  • Faire la saisie de données;
  • Assurer la révision, l'impression et la préparation de certains documents;
  • Assurer l'ouverture et la fermeture des dossiers de soumissions;
  • Assurer l'envoi des non-soumissions;
  • Filtrer les appels du gestionnaire de département;
  • Mettre à jour des fiches techniques et des catalogues dans Prextra;
  • Mise à jour des listes de prix;
  • Mise à jour des procédures;
  • Toute autre tâche connexe.

Exigences du poste

  • Diplôme d'études collégiales ou professionnel (DEC, DEP ou AEC) en administration, en estimation ou autre domaine pertinent.
  • Expérience préalable en construction, un atout.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale (en français et en anglais).
  • Aptitude à communiquer efficacement avec les clients et à fournir un service à la clientèle de haute qualité.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Souci du détail et capacité à travailler avec précision.
  • Être ponctuel et fiable.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et logiciels de la suite Microsoft 365.
  • Connaissance du domaine de la construction serait un atout.
