Son équipe en pleine croissance propose une expertise qui répond aux plus hautes normes de l'industrie du bâtiment. Capsol recherche un chargé de projets pour la gestion de ses projets et le développement de la relation avec ses clients. Description des tâches et des responsabilités Lire et comprendre les plans et devis Élaborer la liste des items de quincaillerie nécessaire au projet Élaborer le tableau précisant les informations spécifiques des portes et cadres Assurer l'échange d'informations avec les professionnels impliqués dans les projets Maintenir une communication constante avec les clients à chaque étape des projets S'assurer de préserver de bonnes relations avec les clients, fournisseurs, sous-traitants et collaborateurs internes Préparer le dossier d'achats nécessaire pour les acheteurs et faire le suivi régulier des dates de réception prévues par les différents fournisseurs Coordonner les dates de livraisons dans le respect des spécificités du projets (phases, étages, demandes du client, etc.) S'adapter aux changements qui surviennent en cours de projets et trouver des solutions optimales pour assurer le respect des délais de livraison et l'exactitude des commandes Coordonner les installations avec les sous-traitants Prendre charge de la gestion des déficiences en fin de projets Assurer la rentabilité des projets sous sa responsabilité Ce que nous recherchons Un minimum de 5 ans à titre de Chargé de projet ou Chargé de projets adjoint dans le domaine de la construction Maîtrise des outils de la suite Ms Office : Outlook, Word, Excel Connaissance du domaine de la construction Connaissance du logiciel Autocad (un atout) Bilinguisme (un atout) Professionnalisme Orienté vers le client Débrouillardise, créativité et autonomie Ouverture d'esprit et adaptabilité Esprit d'équipe Rigueur dans les suivis et sens de l'organisation Conditions de travail Temps plein permanent (40h par semaine) En présentiel Entrée en poste le plus rapidement possible Tenue professionnelle décontractée Stationnement Salaire compétitif, avantages sociaux, possibilités de développement professionnel.
