CHARGÉ DE PROJET – ÉQUIPEMENTS INDUSTRIELS SUR MESURE

L'ENTREPRISE

Notre client conçoit et fabrique des équipements automatisés sur mesure pour l'industrie de la transformation du bois : lignes de sciage, lignes de rabotage et systèmes de manutention. Fondée en 1983, l'entreprise est passée d'un petit atelier de réparation à un manufacturier de plus de 150 employés qui livre des projets clés en main partout au Canada et aux États-Unis.

LE RÔLE

Vous prenez en charge le cycle de vie complet des projets, de la vente jusqu'à la clôture. Vous êtes responsable du respect des exigences contractuelles et des échéanciers, et vous êtes le point de contact qui fait vivre au client une expérience fluide à chaque étape.

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

Analyse et conception

  • Analyser les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions mécaniques adaptées aux procédés de transformation du bois.
  • Effectuer les prises de mesure chez les clients pour évaluer les installations existantes et les contraintes.
  • Participer à la conception mécanique des équipements : machines, lignes de production, outillage spécialisé.
  • Réaliser les calculs, simulations et validations mécaniques.

Gestion de projet

  • Planifier, organiser et coordonner les étapes des projets.
  • Établir et suivre les échéanciers, les budgets et les ressources.
  • Assurer le suivi technique et administratif avec les clients et les fournisseurs.
  • Gérer les priorités et coordonner les intervenants : ingénierie, fabrication, installation, service après-vente.

Documentation et communication

  • Produire la documentation technique : plans, devis, rapports, manuels.
  • Participer aux réunions de coordination internes et externes.
  • Présenter l'avancement des projets aux clients et à la direction.

Fabrication et installation

  • Suivre la fabrication et l'assemblage en atelier pour assurer la conformité aux plans.
  • Collaborer avec la production pour résoudre les enjeux techniques.
  • Superviser l'installation et la mise en service chez le client.
  • Participer aux tests de performance et aux ajustements des machines.

Amélioration continue

  • Identifier et implanter des améliorations aux produits et aux procédés.
  • Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité et de qualité.
  • Faire une veille technologique et proposer des solutions innovantes.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Baccalauréat en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • 6 à 9 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets techniques.
  • Expérience en secteur manufacturier, industriel, ou bois et transformation (un atout).
  • Membre de l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (un atout).
  • Maîtrise d'AutoCAD, d'Inventor et de la suite Office.
  • Anglais avancé : vous interagissez régulièrement avec des clients au Canada et aux États-Unis.
  • Capacité à mener plusieurs dossiers en parallèle sans échapper de détails.
  • Passeport valide et disponibilité pour des déplacements occasionnels.
