Tu veux prendre les commandes de projets majeurs et avoir un vrai impact sur leur réalisation?

Avizia RH recrute pour son partenaire Génix, qui cherche un(e) gérant(e) de projets en construction pour prendre en charge deux projets d'envergure dans le secteur de Lebourgneuf :

  • Construction de 6 condos industriels totalisant plus de 24 000 pi²;
  • Construction d'un immeuble à bureaux de deux étages d'environ 17 500 pi².

On cherche quelqu'un d'autonome, structuré et capable de garder le contrôle sur les coûts, les échéanciers et les différents intervenants, tout en faisant avancer les projets avec efficacité.

Ton rôle

Tu prendras en charge la gestion complète des projets, de la planification jusqu'à la livraison.

Au quotidien, tu auras notamment à :

  • Planifier et coordonner les différentes étapes des projets;
  • Préparer et suivre les échéanciers;
  • Assurer le contrôle des budgets et des coûts;
  • Participer aux appels d'offres et à l'octroi des contrats;
  • Coordonner les sous-traitants, fournisseurs et professionnels;
  • Faire le suivi des dessins d'atelier, RFI et changements en cours de projet;
  • Participer aux réunions et suivis de chantier;
  • Veiller au respect des standards de qualité et de santé-sécurité;
  • Maintenir une communication claire avec les clients et les différents intervenants;
  • Contribuer au développement des projets industriels, commerciaux et institutionnels.

Ce qu'on cherche

  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets de construction;
  • DEC ou BAC en génie civil, génie de la construction, architecture ou domaine connexe;
  • Expérience sur des projets commerciaux, industriels ou institutionnels;
  • Bonne connaissance des bâtiments en acier, béton et enveloppe du bâtiment;
  • Expérience en gestion de projets de plusieurs millions de dollars;
  • Leadership, autonomie et excellent sens de l'organisation;
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et de gestion de projets.
