The posting

Notre partenaire, une entreprise industrielle bien établie au Québec, cherche un chargé de projets senior pour prendre en charge des projets complexes de construction et de fabrication.

Le rôle touche principalement des projets industriels impliquant notamment de la structure d'acier, de la mécanique de chantier, des travaux de métaux ouvrés et différents travaux connexes. L'objectif : prendre les projets en main, coordonner les bonnes ressources et les mener jusqu'à leur réalisation.

Ton rôle

Tu assureras la gestion complète des projets qui te seront confiés, de la soumission jusqu'à l'exécution sur le chantier.

Au quotidien, tu auras notamment à :

  • Participer à l'estimation et à la préparation des soumissions;
  • Établir les budgets et en assurer le suivi;
  • Planifier et superviser l'exécution des travaux;
  • Coordonner les équipes internes, fournisseurs et sous-traitants;
  • Être le principal point de contact auprès des clients;
  • Gérer les changements, travaux supplémentaires et enjeux en cours de projet;
  • Suivre les échéanciers, les coûts et l'avancement des travaux;
  • Participer à la planification des besoins de production et de main-d'œuvre;
  • Veiller au respect des exigences contractuelles, de qualité et de santé-sécurité.

  • Tu es à l'aise avec les clients comme avec les équipes terrain;
  • Tu as une bonne maturité professionnelle et tu ne te laisses pas déstabiliser facilement. Ingénieur civil en strcture

Ton bagage

  • BAC ou DEC en génie civil, génie mécanique, ou formation équivalente;
  • Minimum d'environ 5 années d'expérience dans un environnement industriel ou de construction;
  • Expérience en gestion de projets et en chantier;
  • Bonne compréhension des structures d'acier et des enjeux techniques;
  • Capacité à participer à l'estimation de projets;
  • Expérience en supervision de personnel;
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et de gestion de projets;
  • Connaissance du milieu de la construction.

Un technicien en génie civil avec une solide expérience en gestion de projets pourrait également être considéré.
