Notre client, Construction Génix, entrepreneur reconnu pour son expertise dans la réalisation de projets complexes et d'envergure, est à la recherche d'un(e) Chargé(e) de projets senior pour contribuer à un projet exceptionnel : des travaux d'envergure au pont Pierre-Laporte, représentant un investissement de 125 M$ sur une période de 4 ans.

Il ne s'agit pas d'un contrat lié à la durée du projet. Vous rejoindrez Génix dans le cadre d'un poste permanent, avec la perspective de poursuivre votre évolution sur d'autres projets majeurs au sein d'une entreprise en forte croissance.

Votre rôle

En collaboration étroite avec le Directeur de projets, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la réalisation du projet et serez responsable d'en assurer la gestion et le suivi, de la planification jusqu'à l'exécution.

Vous travaillerez principalement à même le chantier, en collaboration avec les équipes internes, les professionnels, les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants.

Vos responsabilités

  • Planifier, organiser et assurer le suivi des différentes étapes du projet;
  • Veiller au respect des échéanciers, des budgets et des exigences contractuelles;
  • Coordonner les équipes de chantier, les professionnels, les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants;
  • Assurer le suivi des coûts et des contrats;
  • Participer à la planification et au bon déroulement des travaux;
  • Effectuer les suivis nécessaires auprès du client et des différents intervenants;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de chantier afin d'assurer une exécution efficace et sécuritaire des travaux;
  • Anticiper les enjeux, établir les priorités et contribuer activement à la recherche de solutions;
  • Participer aux démarches d'actions correctives et préventives lorsque nécessaire;
  • Contribuer au développement et à l'accompagnement des ressources plus juniors impliquées sur le projet.

Le profil recherché

Vous êtes un(e) gestionnaire de projets expérimenté(e), reconnu(e) pour votre autonomie, votre leadership et votre capacité à évoluer dans des environnements de construction complexes.

Nous recherchons idéalement :

  • Une formation en génie civil, en construction ou dans un domaine connexe;
  • Une expérience significative en gestion de projets de construction;
  • Une expérience sur des projets de ponts, d'ouvrages d'art ou de grandes infrastructures;
  • Une expérience en coffrage de pont constitue un atout important;
  • Une exposition à des travaux en hauteur, d'étaiement, d'échafaudage ou de fabrication d'accès est également pertinente;
  • Une expérience en excavation, remblai ou infrastructures souterraines peut constituer un atout;
  • Une bonne capacité à gérer simultanément les priorités, les échéanciers et les différents intervenants d'un projet;
  • Un leadership naturel, un bon esprit d'équipe et de solides habiletés de négociation;
  • Une approche méthodique, rigoureuse et orientée vers les solutions;
  • Une bonne maîtrise du français.

Une connaissance du marché de la construction québécois et une expérience professionnelle au Québec sont recherchées.
