Le poste : Chargé(e) de Projet

Notre client recherche un(e) Chargé(e) de Projet pour un rôle clé au sein de son équipe d'opérations. Si vous êtes animé(e) par la construction, l'innovation et la résolution de problèmes, et que vous possédez une personnalité dynamique et entrepreneuriale, cette opportunité est faite pour vous.

En tant que Chargé(e) de Projet, vous serez responsable de la planification et de l'organisation complète des projets de construction, du démarrage jusqu'à l'acceptation finale. Vous servirez d'intermédiaire efficace entre les clients, les professionnels, les sous-traitants et les équipes internes.

Responsabilités principales

Planification & Coordination

  • Analyser les plans, devis et documents de soumission
  • Préparer les calendriers d'exécution et assurer le suivi des progrès
  • Participer au processus de soumission et analyser les appels d'offre
  • Coordonner les réunions de projet avec tous les intervenants
  • Définir les besoins du projet et proposer des solutions adaptées

Gestion Administrative & Contractuelle

  • Assurer le suivi des modifications et des changements de projet
  • Gérer les sous-contrats et leur négociation
  • Documenter l'information pertinente et maintenir l'administratif à jour
  • Collaborer à la supervision des travaux avec les contremaîtres
  • Appliquer les programmes de qualité et de conformité

Gestion Financière

  • Coordonner les budgets et analyser régulièrement les coûts de projet
  • Assurer le suivi de la facturation et des paiements
  • Optimiser les prix des matériaux selon les besoins des projets
  • Apporter les correctifs nécessaires lorsque requis

Leadership & Relations

  • Mobiliser et faciliter la collaboration entre les équipes
  • Maintenir des relations professionnelles avec tous les intervenants
  • Rester à l'affût des tendances et innovations du secteur
  • Représenter les valeurs de l'entreprise auprès de tous les partenaires

Profil recherché

Formation & Expérience Diplôme en génie du bâtiment, estimation ou formation pertinente Minimum 5 ans d'expérience, dont au moins 3 ans dans un poste similaire Expérience dans le secteur de la construction commercial/institutionnel

Compétences Sens de l'organisation et leadership Autonomie et intégrité Excellentes habiletés de communication Orientation client Capacité à gérer les délais serrés Maîtrise de la Suite Microsoft Office et des logiciels de gestion de projet Français écrit et parlé courant

Qualités Personnelles Dynamisme et entrepreneuriat Collaboration et travail d'équipe Rigueur professionnelle Curiosité pour les innovations
