Depuis 1980, Capsol se spécialise dans la distribution de quincaillerie architecturale ainsi que dans la fabrication et la fourniture de solutions sur mesure pour les portes et cadres en acier et en bois.

L'entreprise dessert une clientèle des secteurs commercial, industriel, institutionnel et résidentiel. Reconnue pour son expertise et la qualité de ses produits, Capsol poursuit sa croissance et souhaite accueillir une nouvelle personne au sein de son équipe de production à Anjou.

Ton rôle au quotidien

En tant qu'assembleur(euse) / journalier(ère) de production, tu participeras aux différentes étapes de fabrication, d'assemblage et de préparation des produits.

Tu seras également appelé(e) à soutenir l'équipe dans différentes tâches de production et d'entrepôt.

Tes principales responsabilités :

  • Participer à l'assemblage de portes, de cadres et de différentes composantes.
  • Manipuler et utiliser des outils manuels et électriques de base.
  • Effectuer différentes tâches de préparation et de production.
  • Aider à la manutention et au déplacement des matériaux.
  • Participer à la réception et à l'expédition des marchandises selon les besoins.
  • Vérifier la qualité des produits et porter une attention particulière aux détails.
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, organisé et sécuritaire.
  • Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe pour assurer le bon déroulement de la production.
  • Apprendre progressivement de nouvelles tâches et développer tes compétences en assemblage.

  • Posséder de bonnes habiletés manuelles.
  • Être à l'aise avec l'utilisation d'outils de base.
  • Avoir le souci du détail et aimer le travail bien fait.
  • Être polyvalent(e), débrouillard(e) et autonome.
  • Avoir un bon esprit d'équipe.
  • Être ponctuel(le) et fiable.
  • Avoir une bonne capacité physique pour effectuer des tâches de production et de manutention.
  • Être ouvert(e) à apprendre
