Contrôleur financier et administration

Le/la Contrôleur financier et administration est responsable de l'ensemble du cycle comptable de l'entreprise, de la production et de l'analyse des états financiers, ainsi que de la supervision du département administratif et du service à la clientèle. Il/elle assure le bon fonctionnement des opérations administratives, soutient l'équipe, la remplace au besoin et collabore étroitement avec la direction générale pour soutenir la prise de décision.

Description du poste:

Gestion financière et comptable

  • Produire, analyser et présenter les états financiers mensuels et annuels.
  • Effectuer le cycle comptable complet : écritures de journal, conciliations, suivis des comptes, fermetures de période.
  • Préparer les dossiers de fin d'année et collaborer avec le cabinet comptable pour les vérifications externes.
  • Suivre la trésorerie et les flux monétaires.
  • Gérer les comptes recevables en collaboration avec le directeur des ventes.
  • Assurer le suivi des contrats de change.
  • Produire les rapports de ventes mensuels.

Supervision administrative

  • Encadrer, coordonner et soutenir le personnel administratif.
  • Superviser et accompagner la technicienne en administration.
  • Agir comme remplaçant(e) en cas d'absence pour assurer la continuité des opérations.
  • Optimiser l'organisation du travail, améliorer les processus et renforcer l'efficacité administrative.

Gestion du service à la clientèle

  • Superviser l'équipe du service à la clientèle (3 employés).
  • Comprendre l'ensemble des processus liés au service à la clientèle et être en mesure d'effectuer les tâches en cas d'absence.
  • Soutenir l'équipe dans la résolution de situations clients, l'amélioration continue et la fluidité des opérations.

Support à la direction et projets spéciaux

  • Formuler des recommandations stratégiques pour soutenir les décisions de gestion.
  • Participer à des projets spéciaux avec la direction générale.
  • Collaborer aux renouvellements annuels des assurances générales, collectives et du registre du matériel roulant.
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes dans un esprit de polyvalence propre à une PME.

- Faire preuve de leadership, d'initiative et de solides habiletés interpersonnelles afin de collaborer efficacement en équipe ;

- Se distinguer par sa rigueur, son souci du détail et sa capacité à gérer les priorités tout en respectant les échéanciers ;

- Détenir un baccalauréat en comptabilité ; une formation collégiale combinée à une expérience pertinente dans le domaine pourra également être considérée ;

- Maîtriser de façon avancée la suite Microsoft Office ;

- Posséder une excellente maîtrise du français, ainsi qu'un niveau d'anglais fonctionnel.
