Tu cherches une job de jour avec tes vendredis de congé, à chaque semaine?

Deflex Composite, c'est une entreprise d'ici partie d'un garage en 1990 pour devenir un joueur reconnu en pièces composites en fibre de verre, avec une usine de 40 000 pi² à Saint-Victor et une division aux États-Unis. Une business familiale qui a grandi sans perdre son monde de vue.

On cherche un lamineur en finition pour se joindre à l'équipe. Aucune expérience en fibre de verre? Pas de problème — la formation est payée et on te montre le métier de A à Z.

Ce que tu vas faire au quotidien

  • Laminer et stratifier les pièces en fibre de verre (résine, mat de verre, rouleaux, application au contact)
  • Démouler les pièces et faire la finition : ébavurage, découpe, ponçage, sablage, meulage
  • Faire les retouches nécessaires (gelcoat, réparations, remplissage) pour obtenir un fini impeccable
  • Vérifier la qualité et la conformité des pièces avant l'expédition
  • Assembler certaines composantes et préparer les pièces pour l'étape suivante
  • Garder ton poste de travail propre et sécuritaire, et respecter les procédures en place

Ce qu'on recherche

  • De la minutie et le souci du détail — c'est toi qui donnes le look final au produit
  • De la débrouillardise et le goût de travailler avec tes mains
  • La capacité à travailler debout et à manipuler des pièces de différents formats
  • Un bon esprit d'équipe et de la fiabilité
  • Expérience en fibre de verre, peinture, carrosserie, ébénisterie ou en usine? Un atout, mais pas obligatoire
