Vous êtes mécanicien(ne) industriel(le) et souhaitez travailler directement en usine, sur des équipements variés, dans un environnement où votre expertise mécanique est réellement mise à contribution?

Notre client, le Groupe Demex-Centrem, est à la recherche d'un(e) mécanicien(ne) industriel(le) pour joindre son équipe directement à son usine de revalorisation située à Alma.

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement industriel dynamique, au cœur des opérations de revalorisation des matériaux, où la fiabilité des équipements est essentielle au bon fonctionnement de l'usine.

Votre quotidien

Sous la supervision du responsable des opérations, vous serez responsable de l'entretien, du diagnostic et de la réparation des différents équipements de production de l'usine.

Plus concrètement, vous aurez à :

  • Diagnostiquer les problèmes mécaniques, hydrauliques, pneumatiques et électromécaniques sur les équipements de l'usine;
  • Effectuer les réparations nécessaires afin d'assurer la fiabilité et la disponibilité des équipements;
  • Réaliser l'entretien préventif et correctif de la machinerie;
  • Intervenir sur différents équipements de production, convoyeurs, moteurs, pompes, systèmes hydrauliques et autres composantes mécaniques;
  • Participer à l'installation, à l'ajustement et à l'amélioration des équipements;
  • Identifier les causes de bris et proposer des solutions durables;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de production afin de limiter les arrêts et assurer la continuité des opérations;
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les différents membres de l'équipe;
  • Veiller à ce que la santé et la sécurité au travail demeurent prioritaires en respectant les règles, politiques et procédures en vigueur;
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe liée à l'entretien de l'usine.

Le profil que nous recherchons

Nous recherchons avant tout une personne qui connaît bien la mécanique industrielle et qui aime diagnostiquer, réparer et trouver des solutions concrètes sur le terrain.

Vous pourriez être la personne qu'il nous faut si vous :

  • Détenez un DEP en mécanique industrielle, électromécanique ou toute autre formation pertinente;
  • Possédez au moins 2 ans d'expérience en mécanique industrielle;
  • Avez de bonnes connaissances en hydraulique, pneumatique et mécanique;
  • Êtes à l'aise avec le diagnostic de bris sur différents types d'équipements;
  • Êtes autonome, débrouillard(e) et organisé(e);
  • Avez un bon esprit d'analyse;
  • Avez le travail d'équipe à cœur;
  • Une expérience dans un environnement industriel lourd, manufacturier ou de transformation représente un atout.
