Responsabilités

Sous la responsabilité du contremaître d'atelier, le soudeur-monteur doit réaliser des travaux de soudure et de montage simple sur différents types de matériaux comme : acier, aluminium ou acier inoxydable. Il doit être en mesure d'effectuer des soudures toutes positions incluant tous les procédés. Vous contribuerez à la reconnaissance de l'atelier par la qualité de vos travaux, par votre implication et votre esprit d'équipe.

Ce que tu feras concrètement

  • Assemblage-montage de structures, de produits métalliques spécifiques ou pièces d'équipements
  • Lire et interpréter des plans d'assemblage
  • Prendre des mesures précises, selon le système métrique ou impérial et le tracé
  • Être en mesure d'effectuer des soudures
  • S'assurer que les composantes assemblées correspondent aux dessins d'atelier
  • Effectuer et respecter la finition avant le contrôle qualité
  • Montage et démontage de composantes et d'équipements fixes ou mobiles
  • Inspecter la version finale des pièces montées afin d'assurer la conformité avec les plans initiaux
  • Effectuer des opérations de manutention, de gréage et de levage
  • Vérification des pièces avant d'effectuer le montage
  • Veiller à garder le lieu de travail propre et sécuritaire
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe selon les besoins du chantier

Compétences requises

  • DEP en soudage/montage / AEP en soudure
  • 2 à 3 ans d'expérience minimum dans un poste similaire
  • Condition physique adéquate à l'emploi
  • Formation ASP Construction obligatoire
