Avizia RH recrute pour l'un de ses partenaires manufacturiers un Superviseur de production expérimenté pour prendre en charge une équipe en fabrication métallique.

On cherche quelqu'un qui aime être sur le plancher, qui sait organiser les priorités, mobiliser son monde et intervenir rapidement quand quelque chose bloque la production.

Ton horaire

  • Lundi au jeudi
  • 10 h 30 à 21 h
  • 40 heures par semaine
  • Vendredi, samedi et dimanche de congé

Ton rôle

Tu seras responsable du bon déroulement des opérations de fabrication et de la performance quotidienne de ton équipe.

Concrètement, tu auras à :

  • Planifier et répartir les priorités de production;
  • Suivre l'avancement des travaux et les échéanciers;
  • Identifier rapidement les obstacles liés au matériel, aux plans, aux équipements ou à la main-d'œuvre;
  • Être présent sur le plancher pour soutenir l'équipe et résoudre les problèmes;
  • Mobiliser les employés et effectuer les suivis de performance;
  • Suivre les données de production, les temps et les inventaires dans l'ERP;
  • Veiller au respect des standards de qualité et de santé-sécurité;
  • Participer activement à l'amélioration continue des opérations.

  • Tu as un leadership naturel et tu sais faire avancer ton équipe;
  • Tu es proche de tes employés tout en étant capable d'établir des attentes claires;
  • Tu gardes ton calme quand les priorités changent;
  • Tu prends des décisions et tu règles les problèmes à la source;
  • Tu es structuré, organisé et à l'aise avec les suivis;
  • Tu apprécies autant le côté humain que le côté performance et données d'un rôle de supervision.

Ton bagage

  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en milieu manufacturier;
  • Expérience en supervision d'équipe de production;
  • Bonne connaissance de la transformation de l'acier ou de la fabrication métallique;
  • Très bonne capacité en lecture de plans;
  • Aisance avec les ERP et les données de production;
  • Bonne maîtrise d'Excel;
  • Expérience dans la fabrication d'équipements sous pression, un atout.
