Pourquoi ce poste

Notre client, une entreprise manufacturière bien établie, cherche un technicien ou une technicienne à l'assurance qualité pour jouer un rôle central dans sa démarche qualité. Vous ne serez pas seulement là pour constater les non-conformités : vous bâtirez les outils, rédigerez les instructions de travail et travaillerez directement avec les équipes de plancher pour que les pièces sortent « bonnes du premier coup ».

C'est un poste pour quelqu'un qui aime comprendre le « pourquoi » d'un défaut, et qui a envie de laisser sa marque sur des processus concrets.

Vos responsabilités

Assurance qualité

  • Prendre les temps de production requis pour chaque pièce par poste, compiler les résultats et établir un rythme de travail visant des pièces « bonnes du premier coup »
  • Remplir les formulaires et bases de données pour assurer le suivi des indicateurs qualité
  • Identifier et analyser les points de non-conformité (défauts, non-respect des délais, problèmes d'organisation) et proposer des mesures correctives
  • Participer à la mise en place, à la validation et à l'ajustement des outils de qualité (go/no go, vernier, etc.)
  • Recommander les modifications nécessaires à l'atteinte des objectifs qualité
  • Veiller à ce que les documents qualité soient exacts, à jour et accessibles à tous les départements
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et des procédés
  • Rédiger les instructions de travail pour la mise en production de nouvelles pièces et maintenir à jour celles qui existent
  • Vérifier que les procédures de production respectent les normes internes et externes

Système qualité et ISO

  • Participer à la mise en œuvre du Système de gestion de la qualité (SMQ — ISO 9001)
  • Soutenir les audits internes et externes : fourniture des documents requis, préparation des dossiers et des lieux

Collaboration

  • Communiquer les résultats qualité lors des rencontres quotidiennes (stand-up meetings)
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de production pour résoudre les problèmes de qualité
  • Réaliser toute autre tâche connexe liée au poste

Le profil recherché

Formation et expérience

  • DEC, AEC, certification ou toute autre formation pertinente en assurance qualité
  • De 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
  • Expérience en milieu manufacturier
  • Connaissance de la norme ISO 9001
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (suite MS Office)
  • Connaissance de la fibre de verre — un atout
