Une entreprise manufacturière de la région de Terrebonne spécialisée dans la fabrication de fourgons est à la recherche d'un(e) technicien(ne) à l'installation pour se joindre à son équipe de production dans un rôle concret, varié et manuel.

Tu évolueras dans un environnement où ton savoir-faire en assemblage, en soudage et en électricité servira directement au montage des fourgons sur les camions. Tu toucheras autant à la mécanique qu'au soudage et au filage électrique. Tu contribueras aussi à l'amélioration des procédés, en collaboration avec les autres secteurs de production.

Responsabilités principales

  • Lire et interpréter les plans et devis
  • Installer les différentes composantes sur les fourgons et les camions, dont les boulons en « U » et les pare-chocs
  • Mesurer, positionner et souder les poutres guides (soudage SMAW ou MIG)
  • Couper au besoin le châssis du camion à l'aide d'un plasma
  • Effectuer le filage et l'installation des composantes électriques, notamment les caméras de recul et les lumières
  • Vérifier l'alignement et le bon fonctionnement des ensembles mécaniques et effectuer des ajustements mécaniques et électriques mineurs
  • Participer à l'amélioration des procédés et maintenir un poste de travail propre et ordonné

Profil recherché

  • DEP en soudage-montage ou expérience équivalente
  • Environ 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en usine
  • Expérience en assemblage, soudage et boulonnage
  • Expérience en filage et installation de composantes électriques
  • Bonne capacité à utiliser des outils manuels et mécaniques
  • Connaissance du SIMDUT, un atout
  • Profil autonome, débrouillard, minutieux et organisé, doté d'un bon esprit d'équipe et du souci de la santé et sécurité
