B&A Consulting è una Software House e Digital Company specializzata in soluzioni ICT, sviluppo software e consulenza tecnologica.

Per un progetto in ambito IT Support, siamo alla ricerca di un/una IT Support Specialist con esperienza nell’assistenza tecnica agli utenti, troubleshooting hardware/software e gestione delle postazioni di lavoro. La persona selezionata si occuperà di fornire supporto operativo agli utenti, garantendo una gestione puntuale delle richieste e un servizio efficace e orientato alla risoluzione delle problematiche.

Attività

Le principali attività riguarderanno:

  • assistenza tecnica agli utenti su problematiche hardware e software;
  • presa in carico e gestione delle richieste tramite sistemi di ticketing;
  • attività di troubleshooting e diagnosi delle problematiche;
  • monitoraggio dello stato dei ticket e gestione delle priorità;
  • configurazione e supporto delle postazioni di lavoro;
  • installazione e configurazione di stampanti e periferiche;
  • configurazione e gestione di proiettori e dispositivi presenti nelle sale riunioni;
  • supporto su problematiche di connettività LAN e Wi-Fi;
  • configurazione e troubleshooting delle connessioni VPN;
  • supporto agli utenti nell’utilizzo degli strumenti IT aziendali.

Competenze tecniche

Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede:

  • esperienza precedente come IT Support Specialist, Help Desk o Service Desk;
  • buona capacità di diagnosi e risoluzione di problematiche hardware e software;
  • esperienza nell’installazione e configurazione di stampanti e periferiche;
  • esperienza nella configurazione e gestione di proiettori e dispositivi per sale riunioni;
  • conoscenze di base di reti LAN / Wi-Fi;
  • esperienza nel troubleshooting della connettività;
  • conoscenza e gestione di connessioni VPN;
  • familiarità con sistemi di ticketing e gestione delle richieste di assistenza.
