B&A Consulting è una Software House e Digital Company specializzata in soluzioni ICT, sviluppo software e consulenza tecnologica.

Per un progetto enterprise siamo alla ricerca di un/una QA Test Coordinator con esperienza consolidata nel testing manuale e buone capacità di coordinamento operativo.

La persona selezionata sarà coinvolta nella pianificazione e nel monitoraggio delle attività di test, nel coordinamento di un piccolo team e nella gestione del confronto quotidiano con il Test Leader e con il referente cliente.

La conoscenza di strumenti e metodologie di test automation rappresenta un plus.

Attività

Le principali attività riguarderanno:

  • coordinamento operativo di un piccolo team di tester;
  • supporto al Test Leader nella pianificazione delle attività;
  • monitoraggio dell’avanzamento dei test e delle relative scadenze;
  • organizzazione e allocazione delle attività all’interno del team;
  • supervisione delle attività di manual testing;
  • verifica del rispetto degli standard qualitativi definiti;
  • gestione delle priorità e degli eventuali impedimenti;
  • confronto costante con il team di progetto;
  • relazione con il referente del cliente;
  • supporto alla risoluzione di criticità e problematiche emerse durante le attività di test;
  • condivisione dello stato di avanzamento e delle principali evidenze progettuali.

Competenze tecniche

Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede:

  • esperienza consolidata in attività di testing manuale;
  • esperienza nella gestione e nel coordinamento operativo di attività di test;
  • capacità di pianificare e monitorare attività, priorità e scadenze;
  • familiarità con processi e metodologie di Quality Assurance;
  • capacità di identificare e gestire criticità emerse durante le attività di test;
  • buona capacità di interazione con team tecnici, Test Leader e stakeholder di progetto.

Nice to have

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale:

  • esperienza o conoscenza di strumenti e metodologie di test automation;
  • esperienza nel coordinamento di piccoli team QA;
  • esperienza maturata in contesti enterprise complessi.
