Als Controller (m/f/d) bei b-plus leistest du mit deiner Arbeit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens. Dich erwarten abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben, Gestaltungsspielraum für eigene Ideen sowie die Möglichkeit, bestehende Prozesse und Systeme aktiv weiterzuentwickeln. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und erhältst umfassende Einblicke in die wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge eines innovativen Technologieunternehmens.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Budget- und Jahresplanungen sowie Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erstellung monatlicher Reports inklusive Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen und Ad-hoc-Auswertungen
  • Durchführung von Forecast-Analysen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
  • Analyse und Kommentierung von Abweichungen zwischen Plan- und Ist-Werten sowie weiteren relevanten Kennzahlen
  • Ermittlung von Kalkulationsgrundlagen sowie Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kalkulationssysteme
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Reporting- und BI-Systemen für Controlling und Rechnungswesen
  • Erstellung, Plausibilisierung und Dokumentation von Kalkulationen, Kostenansätzen und Preisermittlungen im Rahmen öffentlicher Aufträge

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling und Kostenrechnung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Preis- und Kalkulationsprüfung öffentlicher Aufträge
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Sage, sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
