Vacatureomschrijving

Wil jij je commerciële talent verder ontwikkelen in een internationale inkoopomgeving? Als Junior Purchase Representative leer je de markt, leveranciers en het assortiment goed kennen en draag je bij aan een zorgvuldig en efficiënt inkoopproces. Samen met collega’s en leveranciers benut je kansen binnen ons wereldwijde distributienetwerk.

Verleg jouw grenzen als Junior Purchase Representative

Je krijgt de ruimte om je te ontwikkelen en tegelijkertijd verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor je eigen werkzaamheden. Je leert kansen in de markt herkennen, anticipeert op prijsontwikkelingen en werkt nauwkeurig met commerciële en operationele gegevens. Heb je al één tot twee jaar werkervaring, bij voorkeur in een commerciële functie, en zoek je een rol waarin je nog volop kunt leren? Dan is dit de uitdaging voor jou.

Dit ga je doen:

  • Je beheert eigen inkoopaccounts met commerciële ondersteuning en koopt onder andere parfummerken in zoals Armani, Tom Ford, Yves Saint Laurent of Armaf .
  • Je beheert het volledige inkoopproces: van het inkoopbesluit en de administratieve verwerking tot de inslag van goederen.
  • Je leert het bestaande groothandelsassortiment beheren, bewaakt de voorraad en helpt Out Of Stock-momenten te voorkomen.
  • Je ondersteunt actief bij de uitbreiding van het assortiment van parfum en benut de beschikbare budgetten bij huidige leveranciers optimaal.
  • Je zoekt proactief naar nieuwe inkoopbronnen om aan de vraag van onze klanten te kunnen voldoen.
  • Je analyseert grote hoeveelheden informatie in Excel en zorgt voor een accurate, overzichtelijke en tijdige verwerking. Nauwkeurigheid is hierbij enrom belangrijk, omdat fouten échte zakelijke gevolgen kunnen hebben.

Functie-eisen

Dit ben jij

Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en vlot en combineert analytisch vermogen met een commerciële instelling. Je wacht niet af, maar neemt initiatief en communiceert open, eerlijk en transparant. In contacten met leveranciers en collega’s durf je door te vragen en te sturen wanneer dat nodig is. Daarbij blijf je professioneel en veerkrachtig, ook wanneer er druk ontstaat.

  • Je hebt hbo-werk- en -denkniveau. Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld International Business of Commerciële Economie sluit goed aan.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur één tot twee jaar werkervaring in een commerciële functie.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de beautymarkt.
  • Je bent sociaal vaardig en gaat gemakkelijk om met verschillende culturen; internationale stage- of werkervaring is een pre.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed. Beheersing van een extra taal, bij voorkeur Duits of Spaans, is een pre.
  • Je bent analytisch, accuraat en goed georganiseerd en kunt snel schakelen bij het verwerken van grote hoeveelheden informatie.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met Excel en een goede beheersing van Microsoft Office.
  • Je bent proactief, open en transparant, durft door te pakken en kunt tegen een stootje.
  • Je bent bereid om gemiddeld vier keer per jaar op zakenreis te gaan en af en toe vanuit een ander kantoor te werken.

Aanvullende informatie

Wij bieden jou

  • Een uitdagende commerciële functie binnen een toonaangevende internationale beautyorganisatie.
  • De mogelijkheid om te werken met een aantrekkelijk portfolio van internationale beauty- en fragrancemerken.
  • Een basissalaris tussen 2.800 en 3.300 euro (bruto) per maand afhankelijk van jouw ervaring, plus een jaarlijkse vaste kerstbonus én een prestatiegerelateerde bonus
  • Een jaarcontract met daarna de optie tot een vast contract
  • 25 vakantiedagen en de mogelijkheid om extra dagen erbij te kopen en te verdienen
  • Een reiskostenvergoeding voor maximaal 75 km enkele reis woon-werkverkeer of een thuiswerkvergoeding als je thuis werkt
  • Een pensioenregeling waarbij 2/3e van de pensioenpremie door ons wordt betaald
