Wat ga je doen

Je maakt deel uit van ons financiële team dat uit 6 personen bestaat. Hierbinnen is iedereen verantwoordelijk voor zijn/ haar eigen takenpakket. Het controleren van de urenregistratie is een wekelijks terugkerend onderdeel van jouw werkzaamheden. Nauwkeurig werken en oog voor detail zijn hierbij belangrijk. Daarnaast doe je uitzoekklussen die betrekking hebben op de crediteurenadministratie en voer je nieuwe leveranciers op ter ondersteuning van inkoop. Ook neem je een aantal werkzaamheden van onze directiesectretaresse over die meer secretarieel of facilitair van aard zijn. Een greep uit jouw wekelijkse werkzaamheden:

  • controleren van de urenregistratie van onze collega’s;
  • afhandelen van de crediteurenfacturen die niet automatisch verwerkt worden;
  • invoeren en updaten van leveranciersgegevens;
  • telefoon en deurbel aannemen;
  • kantoorartikelen en dergelijke bestellen;
  • contact met facilitair leveranciers;
  • meehelpen de ontvangst- en lunchruimte netjes te houden.

Om succesvol te kunnen zijn in deze veelzijdige baan, is het belangrijk dat je goed kunt prioriteren en makkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende werkzaamheden. Soms heb je je volle aandacht nodig bij een uitzoekklus, op andere momenten is er tijd voor een praatje en een lach.

Wat breng jij mee

  • Je beschikt ten minste over mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau en hebt aantoonbare ervaring met financiële administratie;
  • Je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en houdt van afwissling;
  • Je werkt heel nauwkeurig en bent goed in staat je te focussen wanneer je werkzaamheden daarom vragen;
  • Je bent zelfredzaam en goed in staat om zelfstandig de prioriteiten in je werkzaamheden te bewaken.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is vereist.

  • Salaris van 4.000.- tot € 5.000,- bruto per 4 weken (€4.300,- € 5.400,- bruto per maand) op basis van een fulltime dienstverband);
  • Je krijgt naast je salaris een vast bedrag voor duurzame inzetbaarheid, dat eraan bijdraagt om gezond te blijven (2,3% volgens cao Bouw & Infra);
  • 43 vrije dagen volgens de cao Bouw & Infra. Van deze dagen worden er 13 uitbetaald in je individuele budget, je kunt ervoor kiezen om deze dagen terug te kopen;
