Wat ga je doen

Als manager QA/QC heb je een brede verantwoordelijkheid. Daarom vinden wij het belangrijk dat de communicatie- en escalatielijnen kort en helder zijn. Jij vertaalt het centrale QA/QC beleid van Ballast Nedam naar de dagelijkse praktijk van Ballast Nedam Regionale Infra. Hiervoor is het belangrijk dat je open staat voor de vragen en uitdagingen vanuit de verschillende afdelingen (denk aan Werkvoorbereiding, Uitvoering en Projectleiding). Met praktische, werkbare oplossingen creëer jij een groter draagvlag vanuit het werkveld.

Doorlopend promoot jij QA/QC in alle lagen van de organisatie. Soms op creatieve wijze, soms is een directe aanpak noodzakelijk. Vanuit procesmanagement heb je continue oog voor de verbetering van bestaande processen en de vastlegging en borging hiervan. Hierdoor zijn wij steeds beter in staat overzicht te houden op het grote aantal kwaliteitsafspraken en normen voor onze projecten. Je helpt de procesverantwoordelijke bij het voorbereiden van audits en bent hier zelf met enige regelmaat bij aanwezig. Bij de uitvoerende taken word je ondersteunt door onze junior QA/QC medewerker. Jij deelt met hem jouw vakkennis en begeleidt hem bij zijn vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling.

Wat breng jij mee

  • Ervaring als kwaliteitsmanager binnen de technische sector;
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen, bent overtuigend als dit nodig is en durft beslissingen te nemen;
  • Je bent prima in staat om zelfstandig te werken maar weet ook wanneer het moment is om te escaleren;
  • Je bent bereid kennis te delen en aan te nemen zodat wij als team blijven groeien en ontwikkelen;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is vereist.

Wat je van ons krijgt

  • Salaris van € 5.000.- tot € 6.300,- bruto per 4 weken (€ 5.400,- € 6.800,- bruto per maand) op basis van een fulltime dienstverband);
  • Je krijgt naast je salaris een vast bedrag voor duurzame inzetbaarheid, dat eraan bijdraagt om gezond te blijven (2,3% volgens cao Bouw & Infra);
  • 43 vrije dagen volgens de cao Bouw & Infra. Van deze dagen worden er 13 uitbetaald in je individuele budget, je kunt ervoor kiezen om deze dagen terug te kopen;
  • Een sterk pakket secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een standaardverzekering van alle werknemersrisico's, pensioenregelingen, een extra aanvulling bij arbeidsongeschiktheid;
  • Een laptop en een smartphone;
  • Je kunt kiezen tussen een elektrische leaseauto of het gebruik van je eigen auto, waarbij je een vaste vergoeding en een kilometervergoeding ontvangt; (indien van toepassing)
